3 things you should know: 1. When buying a new home, I called around to several agencies, and Tom Bubel's agency responded within a day. Frank Kellert gave me a deal that was probably half of what the Good Faith Estimates had projected for home insurance. Later, Tom Bubel did a detailed walkthrough on all the discounts I could get based on the details of my home, as well as other insurance policies I had with Allstate. I ended up at a much better rate than I had ever expected. 2. When I closed on my home (I had been renting before and using Allstate for renter's insurance), I received a reminder call from Frank Kellert at the same agency to confirm that I wanted to cancel my renter's insurance. I had actually forgotten about that - so this was great. 3. Sue at the agency also found me another discount that I should have received for going paperless on my auto policy bill, and made some calls to get a retroactive discount for me. Wow! What a great team. Tom Bubel has fostered a great culture of customer service in his organization. Thank you!
