I was first leary about going to Aloha Motors to buy a vehicle, but I went anyways.I told the sales person what I was looking for and what limitations I had.I ended up leaving with a 99 Jetta.About two hours of having my new vehicle the check engine light came on.I took it back and I was no longer greeted with a smile.I was instead given a card to their repairman.I was also given some lame reason as to why the check engine light was on.I was told to take it there and they would take care of the bill.Later that night the transmission was acting up so I called them the next morning and expressed my concerns. They quickly came to my work and picked up the car. They took it to A-1 Radiator.I called the first day to check the status of my car.No answer as to what was wrong. The next day I did get an answer. I was told that I had codes in the engine. Also that they were going to do a transmission service.I got it back in two days. The only thing they accomplished was clearing the engine codes and a transmission service. So I took the vehicle on good faith. The next day the check engine light came on again.I was furious.I took it back and told them that I was no longer interested in taking this car. When they tried to set my up in another car they were very rude.I had a friend meet me there and he was asking questions and they apparently didn't like it then things got worse. The managers came out and were very rude.I recommend that no one buy from here unless they want to get hassled.

I went to their old location in Imperial Beach and was very pleased in the way they handled me and my daughter. I was there for moral support as she went into negotiation for a pick up truck. Like any other dealership you should expect about 3-4 hours berore you drive off the lot with a vehicle.
