Bob did a great job working with our little Beagle. She has become a pleasure, good manners and is regularly complimented for her behavior. Bob really shows his dedication and love for his job and it really shows. My liitle one really enjoyed her daily visits from Bob and we all benefitted from the experience.

Bob Morfield did an excellent job of training our rescue dog Sugar. It was impressive to see the daily progress that she made under Bob’s direction. We found Bob very conscientious, dedicated and easy to work with. Having him come to our home was a real time saver and very convenient. At the end of the process, Sugar was a different dog - in a very good way. Bob really understands animals and what they need, training wise, to become successful. Interestingly, he was quite effective in training us! We are better, more confident dog owners, and we really enjoyed the process. I would recommend the Alpha Academy to anyone.

Bob Moorfield is the owner of Alpha Academy and I worked with him 18 years ago and so when I got Max, my beautiful 2-year old Australian Shepherd, I knew I had to call Bob. Bob came to my house 5 days per week for 3 weeks and taught Max basic obedience. Max loved him and responded beautifully. Bob knows so much about dogs. It is very inspiring to work with a top-drawer professional who values so highly the care and treatment of dogs. Bob has so much insight about dog behavior and gave me so many useful tips about basic obedience, but also bathing, transporting in the car, keeping the dog from jumping on the bed (!?), how to handle during mealtime--you name your topic of interest and this guy has an answer that works. In addition to the training, Bob provided a follow-up visit at no charge and provided technical assistance over the phone. I give Alpha Academy the highest recommendation possible.

When we brought two five-month old German Shepherd puppies from the same litter to our home, it was like inviting two tornadoes in constant spinning motion. In three weeks, Bob was an amazing guide, helping us tame the storms by completing basic obedience commands but also by explaining how to build a relationship with each of the puppies.

Being from the same litter and so close to one another, it was important for us to set boundaries and learn how to integrate the puppies into our family (rather than joining their pack). With such deep expertise and experience, Bob was able to identify the training techniques and approaches that worked for usin the end, training us on how we can bring out the best in our dogs. Bob helped explain their behavior, tendencies, and character and was an incredible guide in helping us learn how to communicate with the puppies effectively.

Highly, highly recommended.Bob is truly amazing and we would have been lost without him. Tornadoes tamed.

After a recommendation from a friend we called Bob. Almost immediately after Bob started her training our 9 month old puppy was much more relaxed. Now after 3 weeks she has mastered most commands. Bob was very helpful in answering all my questions and I now have a solid base to continue her training. Highly recommend!
