Good communication, good honest work, and punctual, professional & personable technician. I had a great experience with this company. They showed up at the early end of the 2-hour window, called... before arrival, and the technician was super friendly & knowledgable.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
It is fraud to advertise Free Estimate as they do on their website but not really offer one. They actually charge $49.95 to come out if you don't use them to do the repair. The person that answered... the phone was very rude and told me I could contact the Better Business Bureau when I asked to speak with the owner! Never ever use them!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

The owner is a great guy, he comes out to do the repairs. I had called and scheduled him to come out to replace my dishwasher's door balance springs. I told him I had the spring and wanted him to do the labor, he said that was fine. When he came out at the scheduled time, I had mis placed the springs. It was at the end of a long day for him and I felt really bad for calling him out. I offered to pay him and he refused and said he was on his way home and to just call him when I find the part or he could order it for me. A few days later I did find the spring but not the tie string that goes with it. He came over and hooked it all up. He had an extra tie string and didn't even charge me for it. And didn't charge me any extra for the repair than he originally quoted. What a great guy and a great service. Thank you!
They fixed my refrigerator but left water on 2 ft of my carpet so now I will have to have this cut out and repaired. When I called the office the man that answered was rude and did not care about my problem. Very bad for Roswell GA.
I got referred to this company by my Homeowners warranty.First, they never ersponded to the initial request. Second, they lied throughout the entire process about when things would get done. Third, when the tech came, after 2 hours he couldnt fix it and blamed it on the plumbing. Fourth, I looked up the issue on the internet and fixed the issue myself in 5 seconds with 1 turn of 1 part inside the dishwasher.
Update: I wrote the original review after the second tech left my house, one dryer load later the motor on my dryer failed and the dryer stopped spinning. This is exactly what I had said I thought was wrong with it to begin with, but they wasted my time with a terrible technician, who said it was the belt and pulley and didn't install them properly, then they sent another technician to fix what the previous technician couldn't, and the dryer worked for less than one load with the same screeching I had reported to begin with. Because of their incompetence I was without my dryer for a week, only to discover I was correct about the motor bearings going. My husband and I ordered a new motor from Sears and replaced the motor ourselves after watching a replacement video. The dryer works perfectly now. I do not recommend this company! My previous review: Seldom do companies stand by their reputation and make right what is wrong, but this company does! You can count on the owner to make sure your job is done right. You CAN NOT count on them. Do your own research and fix your own appliance! Save your time and money!
I should have known it was going to be bad when the repairman knocked on my door leading out to the garage versus the expected (and more respectful) front door as repairmen should always use. When I questioned this, I got some lame excuse that he didn't want to have to walk through the house. I was expecting a free quote to tell me 1. what the problem was and 2. the cost. Instead, after just 5 minutes of listening and looking at my dishwasher, I was quoted a ridiculous price and told the part would be available a couple of days later. When I said I might as well just buy a new one, he demanded $50. I kicked him out of my house. No way am I paying $50 for a 5 minute look over. No one ever offered a free quote when I initially called, which they claim on their website. Instead of apologizing for misleading me, I got a combative defensive argument. Do you really think I'm that stupid? Pack your sh&! up and get out!
Came out to assess my problem. Quoted a ridiculous price for repair and said I needed to pay $50 upfront for a $400 dollar part. Called another appliance company - they quoted the price for the part at $200. Called Alpha & Omega back - they would not price match but would refund my $50. Needless to say there was no refund and the check had been cashed immediately after the repair man left my house. Would not recommend!
These guys did a fantastic job fixing my freezer! I originally thought it was the compressor, but they helped me and found it was just a wiring fault, they helped save me a ton of cash! I recommend them to everyone!
They came recommended by a neighbor to fix my fridge. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. They advised the technician would be there between 2-3pm. I called at 3:30pm when nobody showed and was told the technician would arrive at my home by 3:45pm. Hour later the technician still was not at my home. Never received a phone call, apology nothing. Complete waste of my valuable time.
Frankly, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been over 6 weeks and the dishwasher is still on the fritz. A complete lack of responsiveness, including technicians showing up over two hours late, failing to show up at all, or showing up without the needed parts (even though I was told by the owner that the parts were ordered). The technician scratched my wood floors and promised me that he would be back out that evening to repair and failed to show up at all. I highly recommend staying away from this company to avoid the frustration and hassle we have gone through.
I was thoroughly impressed with Alpha & Omega and the technicians who visited my house. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with a friendly person over the phone for a broken refrigerator. The technicians (one was in training, the other was supervising) came on time, were very polite and helpful, and the charge was reasonable. Nice work!
The company was able to come out on short notice. John was 2 hours early and went right to work. I believe he fixed the washer as it seems to be working now. However, when I presented a coupon from the website, he said it was for "Parts" only not labor and since he only charged for labor (he didn't use any parts), the coupon wasn't valid. Nowhere on the coupon does it say parts only so I'm a little disappointed. They will be the 1st company I call for appliance repair in the future as long as this repair holds up but I will make sure what is and is not available for the coupon use in the future. And, AO should update this misleading part of their website.
I had Alpha and Omega work on my Kenmore dishwasher that had a drain problem. Overall it was a good experience, the tech was punctual and knew what he was doing. Will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
I have been using Alpha & Omega Appliance Repair for over 2 years. It seems that appliances go down at the worst possible time. Whenever I have called Alpha & Omega Appliance Repair , they not only called me back right away, but showed up as soon as possible and in many cases, tried to meet my crazy schedule. Not only did my appliances get fixed right away, but they also gave me advice every time. Thank you so much for all the help!
