Great Service
Gave them a call and they had someone out within 2 hours. Was surprised since it was a Saturday and most other companies are closed. The technician was very thorough in explaining our problem and possible solutions. Service charge was also much more competitive than others. This will now be our go to company for any appliance issues.

Very Happy
Overall very happy with the quality of the service Mike offered. He did not have the part needed for my refrigerator on the truck, but he managed to get it the same day and get me going again. Will recommend to friends!

Prompt service on a weekend
Had a pretty positive experience with these guys. Called them in the morning and had a tech out in the afternoon. The repair was done well, the tech knew what he was doing. Would call them again.

**Same-Day Service**
After being very disappointed with Sears, I called Alpha & Omega to install my front load washer & dryer which also needed to be stacked. I spoke with the rep. over the phone at 12pm. The owner & technician was out there by 3:30pm and the job was complete by 5pm SAME DAY!!! They were courtesy, professional, & knowledgeable!! Please don’t let these negative comments distract you this is an AWESOME company!!

Great Service!
I would recommend Alpha& Omega Appliance Services to anyone! They are very quick to respond, the techs are friendly, professional and willing to explain everything. They show up on time every time and quickly find and fix the problem.
