1st the technician was late, over an hour! He would call and say he was on his way but would not give an ETA. When he did arrived he did not have any identifying clothes on or on his van. He did not attempt to fix our stuck lock, he just began to drill a hole through the keyhole. When he finally broke our lock enough to remove it he said that our "mechanism is no good". Of course it is no good, you just drilled a hole through it and broke it!! He was rude throughout our whole experience with him, he even practically ran over my manager (who is a female and is much smaller than him). This guy does not like women, he was much nicer to my male co-worker. There was a language barrier, he did not speak good English and just kept repeating himself over and over. When we asked him to re-key the new lock to work with our original keys, he began to tell us again how our mechanism is no good. When we called his company back again to tell them what we wanted they told us that a supervisor has to come out to re-key a lock. Then after several more phone calls the company said that it is impossible to re-key a lock and that no other locksmiths can either. (Which is not true, we checked.) He would try to talk over my manager, not let her speak, and would yell in another language while he was on his cell phone the whole time that he was here. The guy finally left, but before he did, he tossed the new keys that we did not want onto our front desk and then just walked out.

They are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and generally kind human beings. They helped me out of a jam with my car, and didn't charge me extra to make my keys. What more can i say? Their flawless 5 star rating as deserved.
