I came home late (10pm)on Saturday to a hot house. Obviously the air was out. I relegated myself to an uncomfortable night and began searching for a repair tech at first light. I contacted 6 bus. and between HIGH $'s and lengthy waits, Alpine Air promised a morning arrival and he got here earlier than promised. Very friendly, and professional. He was done in less than 30 minutes and his charge for a Sunday repair call with parts was exceptionly reasonable. He just found a loyal customer.

Two years ago our air conditioner went out during one of our heat waves. We called Alpine Air and of course they were swamped but stopped by at the end of the day before dark to look at our very old unit. The fan motor had gone out and another small part had failed. They found parts that would fix the problem from their inventory and got us back up and running. We knew there was no guarantee that this would permanently fix the unit as it is really old, but did not want to get a new unit at that point, and there was no pressure from Alpine Air to replace the unit. Our unit is still going strong despite this year of record breaking heat. We know that it is an energy hog and we will eventually replace the unit even if it keeps going. When we do decide to invest in a new unit, we will call Alpine Air because we feel we can trust them and they will have our best interest at heart.

I've had several opportunities to work with Alpine Air and have always been very pleased with response time, workmanship, price, and friendliness of their staff. Recently it was discovered during the final walk through of a home closing that the a/c unit wasn't working as it should. Not only did Alpine Air make time for me and my customer on this very hot and humid day, but found the problem and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable cost. My customer moved into a cool comfortable home the next day!

We have done business with Alpine Air for the past six years and find that this local owned and operated service does quality work, is very good to schedule the job in, and does it at a very reasonable rate. They are here to give great service to the east valley. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On the suggestion of a friend, I called Alpine Air, both times they responded quickly, however the owner did not take the time to thoroughly check the cause of the problem. He told me it was the relay switch, charged me for the call and left. 5 days later, same problem, he said he "by-passed the relay switch" and left. The A/C went out again an hour after he left. Since he didn't fix it twice before, I called someone else. I called to ask for a refund which was REFUSED. Don't call them and get burned like I did.
