I stopped in to get some alterations done. Shelly says "Yes sir?". I say, "I have a few jobs I'd like done." She retorts back, "When I say 'yes sir', that means go ahead and tell me what you need." OK.... so I tell her, and ask her the price of one of the repairs, a simple resewing of a hem. I simply wanted to know how much because the pants weren't worth very much, and I wanted to determine if it was worth it. This arrogant lady was so offended that I simply asked a price! "My customers all know me and I've been here for 10 years, she says, and they know not to ask me any prices! She went on and on about it, not even giving me a chance to talk. "If your wife sent you here, she would know this!" she said. First of all, I never said my wife sent me, I said my wife told me my pants were baggy and that's why I came. She wouldn't do anything for me, because I asked her a price, and I'm glad. This was the most arrogant person I've encountered in a long time, and from the moment she said "yes sir?". I hope this review spares someone the aggravation of walking in this place.
