I was a long time satisfied customer until April 2016, all of a sudden you couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. I left messages for months with no return call, finally in June I received a call that they hired a new office person to answer the phone and it was time to do my quarterly service- we set up a time for later in the week, I even took the day off for the inside treatment. They never showed, never called, I called several times and again only got voicemail so I gave up and hired another company. Two months later they call again to collect my premium - I ask to speak to a manager, who is conveniently not in the office and assured I will receive a call back-I never heard from back from Altera until last night when I received papers from a collection agency for services never received. Unfortunately I am not the only victim, I came across several other reviews tonight with the exact same situation.

We continued service with Alterra from Georgia to Tennessee when we moved. Once again, the service was excellent. T.J. did an excellent job at refreshing my memory about the products used and alleviating my concerns about the numerous spiders I've been seeing.

I am always pleased with Alterra's service. Travis Dyer is my tech and does a fine job, protecting my entire yard and home from unwanted pests. The Alterra team is always courteous and helpful with all my pest needs. Would definitely recommend this company. Alexandrea B.

I am so glad I signed up for Alterra Pest Control. Since I started the treatments about a year ago I have seen very few bugs in my house. I also haven't had to pick any ticks off of my pets. Brandon W. was the last Service Pro here. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked if I had any extra concerns and made sure to follow up. I definitely plan on continuing my service. -Ashley S.

Have always loved using Service Pro but especially thankful for Bill...right before our scheduled service we began noticing a few wasps outside the doors. Told Bill when he came and they are g-o-n-e, gone! He found not one but two nests and took care of them for us - above and beyond service! Dustin M. (Antioch, TN)

Today Stan came to my home because I had a high volume of ants in my kitchen. He was not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable. Stan has 25 years of experience and I have complete confidence that he knew what to do to get my ant problem under control.

Todd was so great to work with. He was already scheduled to be at my house to spray outside, but I started having some problems inside as well. I called Alterra and in no time he was set to do the inside as well. When Todd arrived to my house, I wasn't there yet. He called the office to verify everything was correct and began working outside while he waited on me to arrive. When I did finally make it, he was kind and understanding. He made great conversation as he worked throughout my house instructing me on next steps to take. When Todd left I felt as if he genuinely cared about the well being of my family (and my dog too!). Joshua S.: Derek Pulley has done a tremendous job of thoroughly checking our house for possible problem spots and notifying us of ways to help prevent future issues! He is courteous and feels like a friend of the family!
