Ambiance Salon & Day Spa

I've gone a few times for waxing services & every time, I have to remind her of my preferences. This is something that I shouldn't have to do. While this is not a huge deal, it can be a bother. I feel like they don't really care to understand the customer. Also, if you should go for a waxing, please make sure they got "everything". I came home & discovered she missed a spot. When I called, within 2 hours after my appointment, I was told that she was booked & that the only time they had available would be the next day at a time that wasn't convenient for me. I felt like they didn't care that I'd just spent about $100 for services there. I haven't been back since that incident, honestly.

If you are looking for a clean pedicure tub and a good thorough manicure and pedicure without the "froo-froo" price-tag this is the place. Some of the staff is not all that friendly but most of them are nice and helpful and seem to be glad you are there!
