They set me up with a good auto rate for a new vehicle. Also provided Gap insurance at a great discount from the dealer cost, which covers Mexico, U.S., and Canada (dealer Gap insurance provides no coverage for travel out of country).

I had no problems with this place until I tried to close my account. They wanted to charge me a $10 processing fee to close it which I thought was ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and they waived the fee right then. Also very long wait lines for transactions.

The employees at this credit union go above and beyond to help their members. They know you by name, and if you need special assistance they will take your problem all the way to the VPs and CEO if needed. Awesome service.
