This was a great deal and the staff was very professional. Install the next day and went pretty smooth. They actually bothered to call me when they were running an hour late which was refreshing... I would use them again.

I was cautious to rent my appliance over the phone but was pleasantly surprised. The phone rep was informative and helped explain the process. Appliance was delivered as scheduled and in the condition that was described to me. I am happy this service exists because it saved me a big chunk of time and hassle driving around town and figuring out all the details. This is temporary but convenient.

I was a good customer for over a year. When I sold my house I terminated the relationship per their contract. American Appliance arrived late to pick up the washer/dryer three hrs after my buyer had final walk through. While removing the washer the service man admits and apologized for breaking the water valve in the wall causing total $600 damage. Company refuses to reimburse me for damages to this day despite written admitted fault by their employee. Continuing to get the run around. Wont return phone calls or email from supervisors. Refuse to give names for civil action. Photos attached. Use company at your own risk.

Truly one of the worst companies I have ever been unfortunate enough to have dealt with. Money is worth more to them than their customer's satisfaction, time, and sanity. The appliances are in unacceptable condition; they are old, run down, and in complete disrepair. Customer service is horrendous. They are completely ineffective. The appliances they delivered were dented, decrepit, and the dryer makes a very loud thud every time it turns. Incompetent delivery person caused serious damage to my back door. I called customer service to give them the opportunity to make things right. My two options were 1.) have the same delivery person drop off another unit or 2.) have the appliances picked up and get only a small portion of my charges refunded (only first month's rent, NOT delivery fees and NOT repayment for damage incurred during delivery) Apparently I will now only be getting back $17 of my over $100 investment not including the money it is going to take to repair the damages they caused to my house. I think getting nothing back would be less offensive than $17! What a joke. The pick up was scheduled for a time frame of 12-4pm, when the driver came at 7pm I was charged $20 for a no show. Absolutely unbelievable.

Besy service best products they saved me a lot of money and trouble they have a very freindly customer service representative and they got to the delivery and pick up on time when the fridge was leaking they took care of it right away.
