Bad Customer Experience
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Instead of treating me as customer that had paid a considerable amount of money for in-home training, I feel I was treated like a “nuisance” that wouldn’t blindly follow their instructions without questioning their methodology. While I agree they have more experience than me, as a customer I think I’m entitled to question (and get answers) to anything regarding the training. I talked with both the owner and trainer several times to try and work out a plan (that would work for both of us) and I was essentially treated as someone not willing to “following the program.” I can assure you this was not the case and that I was only investigating alternatives to methodologies that I found hard to follow for my puppy. Not that I didn’t follow them; I did! When I called to cancel the service they reiterated that the training hadn’t failed me…that basically I had failed the training. As a customer, I’ve really never been treated this rudely and I won’t be using their services in the future.
