Stellar prices, great customer service. Kudos!
American Family provided excellent service to me during my recent fire claim. Soup to nuts – they did it all: suggested an excellent restoration company that was up to my (very high) standards, arranged for my hotel stay while I was out of my home, and processed my claim check very quickly. No hassle, no issues. That is exactly what folks are looking for in dealing with insurance companies – great rates (they saved me $275 annually) plus extraordinary customer service (check).
I am very glad that I moved from Allstate to American Family for my home insurance coverage (and auto too). You have won me over and I will continue to recommend you to friends

Phil is the best!
I met Phil at a lunch about a year ago. I asked him to quote my homeowners, umbrella and auto. He was able to save me about 700.00 over his competition. Phil again came to my aid last month and saved me about 1500.00
