Great Service
I called for a free estimate and a no pressure, knowledgeable young man gave me a lower then expected price to replace my garage door. Service was scheduled and a two man team arrived on time after calling. They were extremely competent and courteous. They did an excellent job with a terrific result. I recommend to anyone needing solid performance from a professional team that goes beyond expectation.

Definitely Recommend
Our garage door stopped working a month ago. My husband attempted to fix it a couple times himself, but wasn't able to. I saw some of the commercials for this company and looked them up on the internet (they seemed fine). I called them in the morning, a guy came out that afternoon and fixed the problem in about 30min. Very pleased and good price too.

A week+ ago a gear in the garage door opener unit went out as the motor turned on but the chain did not move. I took off the cover and confirmed that it was indeed a gear problem. I originally called "Atlanta Garage Doors" and two sketchy individuals came out and tried to charge me $400 to change out the gear or $800 to change out a new unit. I said no and they then tried to negotiate "because they were already here." We agreed on what I thought would be reasonable to change out the gear which was a bad move w/ the previous red flag. They changed it out but then the motor would no longer turn on. They left to get some "ideas" and later called me and stated they could not fix it. They offer to install another unit w/ free labor and of course I asked them never to come back.
I then did some more detailed research online (as I should have done in the first place) and came across Atlanta Garage Doors & Openers. I shared the situation over the phone and the individual stated the board could have been a fried and shared options A (replace board) & B (replace unit) w/ costs. The technican came out while I was at work; he called me to explain that it was indeed the board because of the blinking light pattern. I went w/ option B and when I came home everything was done as planned. I wish I had called Atlanta Garage Doors & Openers the first time things when exactly as agreed and planned. Thanks....

Happy Customer, will call them again!
Needed a new spring for one of our garage doors. The first technician who came to our home was Jonathan Ryno, then Scott Harding came to our home. Both men were great at their jobs. Scott the manager took excellent care of us and we will be sure to use their services again. He went above and beyond for us. Very impressed with him!
