This company promises service appts to fix their mistakes and improper installation and then never shows up and does not even bother to call back after they have your money. Worst experience ever!
We had them upgrade our pond and waterfall. Everything was installed incorrectly (pump, auto fill valve, uv light). We could have been seriously injured with the improper installation of uv light.
