We found a couch we wanted here for a good deal. We waited for several minutes for someone to assist us and gave up. We went and found someone and placed the order.\rWe gave our old furntiure a way the night before delivery. They called the morning of the delivery to let me know that the chaise is damaged and they didn't know when they'd get another one to deliver. Then they delivered the wrong couch anyways. They guaranteed that in two days, it would be delivered. Two days later, they still failed to deliver anything.\r\rWe have been without furniture now for three days and counting after spending $1,000 for a sectional with delivery. Supposedly, they will deliver it tomorrow night. We'll see. I cannot encourage you enough to go to a different store. I advised them tomorrow if we don't have our furniture, we'll cancel our order and do just that.
