Don't waste your money!!!!, 5/21/2013

I am now on my 4th bed from this company so I called and spoke to the Duluth store manager after making a reselect again and needing to pay more money again and his response was "They are doing what... the warranty requires". So I called corporate and they tell me that they cannot give me a lower price then the sale price! hahaha. Everything is always on sale there! The trick is every time you have to get a "reselect" you have to pay more out! I am over $1,600 in a mattress and they refuse to give me any kind of credit for ANOTHER mattress, they want me to pay more again! I have had a new bed every 6 months to a year and this is ridiculous. I have requested a refund now and I am expecting a call that will say they can't do that either. Yes, the beds have name brands on them, but they are not the quality of another store. Save your money and go to another store. If I had to do it all over I would choose another reputable store for my purchase.

Horrible Experience!, 1/30/2008

I wish you could buy the items online because the sales people/customer service "employees" are just bad. They can't do their job at all - it's surprising they even have jobs with those attitudes.... The item I bought took one whole month to come in when they first told me it would be in within the next 2 days. I called over 10 times to get the runaround with someone always saying "this Sat.; this Wed. etc." and it never was actually in that day I called back on. I expected the manager to at least apologize or give me some type of explanation but nope, nothing at all. Manager - what manager?! Horrible customer service but the furniture isn't bad at all for the pricing - better looking than Ikea that's for sure.

Gawd-awful service

I went in to get furniture for my new house at the Buckhead store near my office. My sales associate Ghina helped me and scheduled my delivery, she was very nice. The dinette was on a slow boat from China and wouldn't be delivered for nearly 10 weeks. The rest was delivered. They brought the wrong rails for the guest room bed and had to re-deliver 5 days later. On delivery day for dinette, they brought the wrong table and no chairs. I was told it would take another 7 weeks to get the right items. The Camp Creek store delivers for Buckhead and they don't work and play well together. The Manager of the Buckhead store, Steve, is a real jerk, he belittled me and was of no help whatsoever. I called the corporate offices in OH and had to escalate to the president's office. Finally recieved my dinette in Nov. I bought it in July. I would never shop here again.

Good furniture, awful sales people

I went in because my designer said they had some great stuff. The furniture is great, but the sales people need to take some manners classes! Its a shame you can't buy the items online. I HATE going in this store!

Good stuff

I went in, I'm not a big fan of sales people...dont like how they follow you around the store. The sales people here weren't too bad. Good prices for quality furniture.

It's O.k.

When I first walked into this furniture store, I thought it was a little pricey. I realized that the furniture had a classic look to it. I liked that and bought a few items. Its better than Ikea, that's all I can say.
