Before you get your windows replaced by them, contact me and I'll be happy to send you pictures of the work performed by this company on my house. Nick, my sales rep, was great, but the operations... team & installers failed to carry out a basic professional installation. Each installation is supposed to take 1 day. However, in reality I ended up taking about 5 days from work to meet the installers for installation to the subsequent days to fix errors made. The finished installation looked messy (wires sticking out of the window casing), had mismatching window casing on the outside, had damage to the inside of the window pane, a torn window screen was installed, the installers did not clean up their mess inside my house, and one window was the incorrect size so they installed the "too small" window in its place, ugly looking and all, for 6-8 weeks before a new one could be ordered. I was disappointed that the installers did less than a professional job, and it is upon you as the customer to catch it, call the business, and ask that someone come back to fix it. It is an unnecessary hassle and makes me wonder what I did not catch. Only at the very end, when I was clearly fed up, did the company offer a $100 credit, but they also had me go buy the paint and supplies to fix the soffit they damaged. Quality of service is terrible from sales rep to installation. took 7 os. for them to complete job.

I had them replaced my whole house windows. I noticed these was a missing weather strip on the bottom of the window screen. It was there when sale showed the demo window. I called the office, but the lady said that is how all their windows are. Ok. I called the sale person. He treated me like I did't know what I was talking about. He just kept saying everything is there. He won't offer to come back with demo to prove I was wrong. What a huge treatment after the sale. It was because he showed me that piece was on the top and bottom of the screen that I didn't order the full screen. Now, if I slide the screen to the top of the window, bugs are coming through the gap between window and the screen.

Quote/ sales experience was fine. Install was aweful. They were sub-contractors. They didn't heed the special instructions. The caulk job was sloppy, they tore up my trim witht crowbars and hammers, left without basic clean up (like cleaning the windows). Management was slow to respond. The "fix it" crew (same as orig. installers) was no help. They painted some trim for me- the WRONG color, still ignored basic clean up and stank of smoke both times. I just wanted them to leave so bad. Management and I agreed a refund was in order. I threw out a number of 10%. The "best he could" do was $50 short of that. Really? You're going to fall short AGAIN, for $50 bucks? To top it off, the windows look great, but several have gaps (depth wise) where the locks are, making them very hard to lock. Overall, nice sales guy, TERRIBLE installers, OK windows.

We recently hired America's Best Choice Windows to replace the windows on the back side of the house. We hired another company 2 years ago to replace the front windows. Both companies were professional and provided quality windows, but America's Best Choice definitely won in price. We asked the company who installed our front windows fora quote for the back and America's Best Choice beat them by more than $1,000 for the same quality window. The sales man who came out to quote us was friendly, professional, and efficient. The team who came out to install the windows were equally professional and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time, making sure not to leave a mess and taking the time to test all of the windows with me to make sure they functioned properly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else needing replacement windows.

I had a contract with this Company to change my 5 window at front house and one patio door in back. he said takes around 3 weeks to order my windows. So I paid him 50% deposit. After 3 weeks their installer came and said the size are wrong and we have to order you another set of windows since the measurement is not right and wait another 3 weeks. They just installed patio door without the safety lock and they said we are going to bring it back the missing lock. I was so mad of them because their salesman couldn't measured right . I spoke to manager and complain but he said I have to educate the sales man and never apologized from me . Any way since I did not have any choice I waited another 3 weeks to get my windows . Few days before 3 weeks time frame the manager called me and said we are not able to install the windows because your house siding is stucco. I just shocked when I heard this news all of sudden from him ; I spoke to president and he said same thing and denied to bring the safety lock for my patio door . I told them if you can't do the job why you didn't tell me the first time, why you hold me for over 35 days and they couldn't give me answer for that. I am having hard time to even collect my rest of deposit.

America’s Best Choice did contract with Mr. Zarj to replace 5 windows and a patio door. The time frame promised by the sales representative is the standard and customary time in which it takes to order custom windows. Our patio doors do not include a safety lock at the bottom, so it is very possible he was confusing it with one he viewed from another vendor. We do not even have this option available. Upon the time of install, the installers put in the patio door on the rear of the house according to spec with no issues. When the commenced installation of the windows on the front of the house, they discovered the stucco, framing and sheetrock were in such disrepair that it would be impossible to complete the work without extensive additional work, which was not part of a normal install. Mr. Zarj declined any additional work and stated that if there was any damage or issues with the installation, we would be held responsible for the cost of repair. At this point, the installers left the premises with only the door installation complete. We informed Mr. Zarj of the likelihood of significant reairs that would be needed if we completed our work and offered to complete the work on the windows if Mr. Zarj would sign a document acknowledging the existing condition of the house and not hold our installers responsible for any damage that would occur due to the poor condition of the house. He said he would not do that and that we were responsible for his stucco and other repairs. We respectfully declined to work on the house when he became unreasonable. We offered to charge him only for the work which was completed and refund the difference of his deposit, to which he agreed, but he stated he would do everything within his power to ruin our name on the internet and with his acquaintances. We absorbed the cost of the custom ordered windows, which we will not be able to use. After multiple unsuccessful attempts at trying to reach him to deliver his refund check, we sent it via U.S.P.S. He has received it. We at America’s Best Choice always strive to give the best product at the best price with an excellent customer experience. This is a one-time occurrence where the issues were not foreseen and were unavoidable. We satisfied our contract for the work that could be done and refunded for the work that was not performed, while suffering a significant loss for the cost of the windows, which were not installed.
We received our quote with a deal they were doing for the month of October only. When we decided in November to go with them, they still honored the original quote. We replaced all the windows in our home and can tell a difference in the energy efficieny, but also noise reduction! The sales person was easy to work with, the windows came in sooner than they thought and to replace all the windows, it only took the crew 3 hours!! My husband and I are very happy with the results. The crew even cleaned up after themselves - vaccuumed, etc... I normally have to do some cleaning after a contractor of some sort leaves, but not in this case. We would use them again and look forward to our electric/gas bills going down!

Met with Howard after meeting with 4 other companies the previous 4 days. After Howard gave me the quote, I told him I was waiting on one other company to send me their quote before I'd make my decision. After not receiving the quote from the other company, I went with Howard as their window seemed to be of equal quality to the others and a better value. Howard came back out 2 days later for the official measurements. 3 weeks later the installation crew arrived and began to work. I had committed to structurally alter the surround for one of the picture windows so they began the install of the other windows while I finished up. The finished the install around 5pm and performed a thorough cleanup. We are very happy with our decision to go with America's Best Choice and Howard was a pleasure to work with. Only small complaint would be some small scratches on some walls, but in retrospect, I should have removed a baby gate to make transporting windows through the house a little easier, so I can't really blame the crew for my failure.
