I've been going for the past 3 years after they strong armed me into signing up for their "eye care club." So atleast the exam is free. On that note, I would like to add that their waiting room looks like a bus station, and is just about as comfortable, bring a pillow and something to read. It took me an hour and a half this morning to get my contacts. One of the cheap pairs of glasses I got last year is already broken. I do not recommend America's Best. Yes, it is cheap, but if you spend a little more, you will have a much better experience.

Since this is a discount membership type of store, I didn't expect the customer service to be spectacular, but they certainly did their jobs in a quick and efficient manner. You may wait a little longer due to the fact there are not as many salespeople, but the savings are worth it.

Poor selection of frames, and poor service. I have experienced excessive wait times for eye exams, despite arriving early to appointments, and eye exams have been less than satisfactory. Every time I see a doctor they seem dismissive and vague when I ask questions--basically, they don't seem to know what they're doing. Avoid this place if you can.
