Staff incompetent. Doctor was Excellent. Renewed online and made an appointment. Came in for my appointment, and the Dr. was excellent. I really like the time she spent answering my questions. Staff upon my leaving said there wasn't anything I needed to do and they'd order my lenses. I hadn't heard from them in over a week so I called the store, was told that it takes 5-7 business days, put on hold. Then disconnected. I called back and I was told the lenses had not come in yet. THEN I get a call telling me the lenses weren't ordered because I didn't PAY for the exam. Why wouldn't you call a patient if you had not been paid for services rendered? Why would you not check for Eye Club Renewal for a long time patient? Why put the chart back rather than call the customer? Now I have to wait a LEAST another week and I really have no confidence that my lenses have been ordered. I regret recommending my 3 coworkers and 4 family/friends. I truly hope they never run into this circus of a staff they have going on. Again, the Doctor was amazing.
The eye exam provided by the doctor was exceptional. However, the office staff is incompetent and can't address simple questions.

This location has horrible customer service coupled with rude and seemingly incompetent employees. Nothing is as advertised and the "manager" talks in circles giving the reasons why. Unfortunately for her, she contradicts herself the more she speaks. If there is a savings, it won't be worth your time or frustration.

Disappointed. Called to see if my order came in a week after I placed the order. First I was told no. Then called another day, and I couldn't be found in the system. Here we are day 10 and still no product and not even an apology. I could've had faster service ordering from 1800-Contacts. I just may have to cancel the eye membership club.

This is a no frills, git 'er done place for contacts and glasses. The eye exam prescription and product in one location. They don't really try to pressure sell and as long as they have it in-store already-you can get it quick. Great for busy people especially. Its a good thing. Employees are friendly and smart.

They make the eyeglasses in Mexico and Asia. Why do they call the store America's best when they don't give the jobs to American's ? Thousands of their eyeglasses are all made overseas. They take over 5 days to make the eyeglasses. You may as well order online eyeglasses / contacts from California for 10 dollars and get them in 2 days !!!

Went there and had eye exam, that went well. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. They never called to tell me they had arrived. I would call and one employee told me the glasses were not in, then received a call saying 1 pair was in. When I called again, they said none of the glasses were in. This took a couple of days of back and forth, what a waste of time. Went in to pick up glasses and it was a DISASTER. The person helping me did not have a clue about fitting you with the glasses. The only reason I took my glasses was b/c I really loved the frame. The bifocal line on the lens was so high that if I wore the glasses where they should go, the line of the bifocal would sit smack in the middle of my eye. Called supervisor and he was very rude.. FRAMES WERE VERY NICE, SERVICE, THE WORST. They all have attitudes..

I sent my daughter here to have her eyes checked and for more contacts. What a huge mistake! They told her that her vision had changed and after 3 visits this place still could not get her contact prescription right.(They even charged her again to recheck them). After going there myself to pick up the "right" contacts, they had ordered the wrong ones again. I sent my daughter to the office in Gainesville and what a difference. They were very professional and the doctor had her fixed in 1 visit with the correct lenses. Even the Gainesville office commented that the Buford office people were rude when requesting her file. Don't waste your time going to the Buford office.

I went to America's Best Contacts for an eye exam. I could not afford to go to my regular doctor and regret not doing so. I believe the doctor is a comnplete idiot. My eyesite has not changed in years. The contacts I have been wearing for years was great for my vision. I could see both close up and far away with no problem. The first pair the doctor gave me were so bad I didn't leave til he tried another pair which didn't work either. He told me that they need to settle in. I ran off the road driving home at 5:30 one morning. I went back to the only pair I have left of the ones my real doctor prescribed. I went back in and was fitted with another pair that were so horrible I took them out the first day and wasn't stupid enough to wear them driving anywhere. I told him that in my line of work I have to see upclose and far away. He told me to get reading glasses. After 5 pairs and nothing even close to my prescription I was sent home with a pair that I can see ok out of one eye but not the other. He told me not to come back for 2 weeks. Also he said I did not have any stigmatisim which is a lie. My eyes have very bad stigmatisim and have worn otric lenses from day one. What kind of quack is this doctor. One of my customers had the same bad experience with the same doctor. How does someone like this get a license??? Horrible place and rude doctor. Can't wait to see the reaction when I go this time. Its going to get real ugly...

I think the $ 69.95 must be for a frame with no prescription. I walked out to the tune of $ 365.00 for two normal mid-range glasses. No excuse me you don't walk out with the glasses and they are not ready in about an hour. You go ahead and pay the $ 365.00 and your glasses will be ready in about 168 hours to 240 hours or 7 to 10 business days. OVERPRICED and slow service on getting you the glasses.
