We just moved here from out of state, our very 1st visit here we were so impressed. The owner and the manager acted like we had been customers for years. They inspected the problem, gave us the estimate. We thought is was a very fair price, we told them to go ahead, they took us home and when the repair was finished they picked us up. Here is the really unbilievable part; they vaccumed and cleaned the car ready for our Christmas holiday trip! Amazing. We thought it would be really hard to find a good car place again, these guys made it easy. Thanks guys!

I get nervous about going into car repair shops without my husband because people tend to push you around and tell you that u need things that you really don't. This was NOT the case here. I went in for an oil change, and that is what I got. There was no pushy service guy and they were very nice! I will def go back!

I have had several major repairs done at this repair shop over the course of the past 2 years. In total I have spent several thousands dollars. I eventually became suspicious (better late than never) after being told time and time again that I needed to have some major repairs done or risk being stranded at any moment. The car in question is my wife's vehicle and since she drives our kids around, I did not want to take any chances. The last straw came when our AC compressor was found to be punctured. In this instance, I took the time to get competitive quotes and found that America's Service Station wanted to charge me $200 more than any other shop. By the way the first shop after America's Service Station, found that the AC unit was unbolted and hanging loose. I am very disappointed with the mechanics at America's Service Station for letting me leave without bolting the compressor back on, after they had looked at it. I do not plan on returning to America's Service Station for any repairs or oil changes. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me... I no longer trust this business.

I went in for a break change and oil change. I was quoted one price which I declined and so it went until they brought it down to a somewhat reasonable number. After they had my car for an hour and had been working on it he said the price would be $45 higher if I wanted an oil change as well, something I had thought was included in the original number. The web site lists the oil change at $17.95. I have no warranty on the work and the manager refuses to honor the agreed upon price, saying "this is what you get when you try to help someone." I would sooner seek out a competitor than America's in the future.

I only use the Old Milton location, so I can only speak for that one. I've been a customer for several years now, and they do all my auto service and repairs. I have always been treated fairly and courteously, and the work has been excellent. I highly recommend America's Service Station.

THESE IDIOTS ARE CROOKS!! DON'T EVER GO HERE! They ripped off my friend...wanted to charge him $700 for a new radiator and all he needed was a $10 cap. Then they sold my wife a "5 pack" of oil changes and tried to start charging her after she used three. These guys are the WORST.

These guys are the most expensive garage in town. They claim to have the highest quality parts and the best warranty, but if anything goes wrong with their repair, they blame the customer and look to charge you again to fix the original problem. When a garage charges more than the service dept at a dealer, be smart and go to the dealer.

These guys went above and beyond for some work on my Corvette - originally brought my Jetta in for an oil change, but I started talking about some problems with my Vette. These guys were awesome at getting everything working really fast. Thanks!

I took my Camaro 280z to America's Service Station for the first time. I dealt with the owner himself, who was fantastic...very knowledgeable, professional and honest...the work was completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction...the estimate and cost were very close...the waiting area in the facility was clean and comfortable. I have 3 cars, all of which will be serviced by America's Service Station in the future

There is no myth or exaggeration to the tales of terror some (especially women) have of getting a car serviced. We quake at the thought of the uniformed stranger who, almost always, brings bad news, and who holds our purse strings in his hands, like the bleeding, severed body part we'll sacrifice to get that repair... Oh, sorry! That's my nightmare! Now, let me tell you about my DREAM mechanic! I've been taking my family cars to America's Service Station, pretty much, since they opened at this location. I met Dean Wilk, one of the owners, and almost immediately felt more at ease than ever. Dean is always very patient, always very clear about what your car needs, and why. He has even drawn diagrams of the complexities, explaining repairs in careful detail, and in plain English. Never one to harp on his own best bottom line, he lets you in on the "good, better, best," and you get to make your own decisions. You come out with, not always the cheapest job, necessarily (unless you prefer that), but with a GUARANTEED repair that you can depend on, from a guy who clearly enjoys his work, and who cares about his customers! I shouldn't mention the interesting coffees often found in the waiting room, but I do always rest comfortably, assured that I'm not being "taken for a ride" by my mechanic. I drive away knowing that I'm getting what I paid for, and that he stands behind the work. For me, that's where the rubber meets the road.

This place did regular "maintenance" on my engine and caused it to leak oil. It never leaked before. They tried a couple times to fix it but never could. Eventually I called it quits and the owner offered not reasonable resolution. If you are looking for carefree auto repair avoid this place at all costs. It is just an expensive headache with these guys.

I've gone to these guys a few times and soon realized that no matter the issue, they will always say you need hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. I've been to mechanics (where used to live) that will sometimes come back with a very simple, low-cost way to solve the problem - not these guys. I would definitely utilize other services in the area.

I've been to the location in Norcross twice and got a raw deal both time!! I will NEVER EVER go to this company again to let them do ANYTHING to my car! The employees there like to get over on you, especially if you're a woman and they think that you will just go along with the whatever they tell you!! Stay away from this company and ask around before you make a big mistake and lose a lot of money. The first time I went there, I found out later that they charged me too much to put a thermostat in my car. Then, I decide to give them another chance, just to do a diagnostic test on my car and they told me that I needed another radiator and that it would cost me $500 to get this work done. I was smart enough to walk out! I then go to a friend of the family who orders the part for $125 and puts it in for $65 dollars. That's a $310 dollar difference!! After my radiator was already taken out and a new one put in, I found out that it was the compressor that I needed and the radiator was fine!! Now either America's Service Station was trying to rip me off or they just didn't know what the HE!! they were talking about in the beginning.
