The technicians took their time to explain needed and recommended repairs - offering no pressure for additional service. The staff was very courteous and the facility was clean and welcoming. I wil use their services again.

If you are looking to throw away money on things you don't need then take your car to this business. They are consistent at taking a simple oil change and turning it into a $500-1000 upsale due to major repairs required per the sales guy in the front. I was there for about 2 hours and listened to people repeatedly being told they require all kinds of service that did not make sense. My issue was a stripped tranmission pan bolt to which they told me I required nearly $800 in major repairs. I had the work done for $95 by another local company.

2003 Mazda6 w/check engine light issue. Advised to replace solenoid and ended up paying $180 more than Mazda charges for the part. Was also recommended to change serpentine belt and idler pulley after they looked at the car. Cost for the belt and pulley parts were less than what Mazda would charge. So a mixed review. Called them up to question high cost of solenoid part and was told that they charge what comes up in the system. Have used them for work on other vehicles and have had good service from them with those vehicles.

This place is horrible. I use to take my car there for oil changes and simple repairs. Apparently there is a new general manager. I go in for an oil change, the GM comes in with a concern look and said my battery almost dead and ask if I would like to buy one for a ridiculous price. I said no thanks. I get in my car, all my radio preset are gone, clock is wrong. I get home open my hood and one of my covers to a compartment is missing. While fishing around for something else to replace, they forgot to replace the cover. I go back to the shop, the GM says give him a day to look for it and if he can't find it he'll order another one. Fair enough. Three weeks later, 4 phones calls, 3 onsite visits, no return call and still no cover. The part was always 'coming tomorrow on the next shipment of parts'. I called the GM on Tuesday morning; he tells me the part would be in the shop Wednesday morning. I call Wednesday afternoon and the GM is on vacation in Vegas! No one has any knowledge of my issue, no paperwork. I have to tell my story all over again. Three days later, I finally get my cover. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a complete rip off and they are crooks. I took my car in because it was barely moving. They suggested I do a "MAJOR TUNE UP". I agreed and they called me a short time later and told me my car was ready to pick up. I was charged $550! That was after they knocked off $125 with a "coupon". When they said "MAJOR TUNE UP" I assumed it was something more then plug, wires distributor cap and rotor button. I was wrong, they charged me approx 425 in labor for 30 minutes of work!!!! I could have done that myself, but the "major tune up" scared me. Then 2 days later my car started doing the same thing again! I took it back to them again,(like an idiot). This time, my fuel injectors were bad and they needed to be replaced. That was going to be another $650 but I pleaded with them b/c I had just been laid off 2 weeks prior. I wasn't able to afford that cost. They called me an hour later and said they were able to clean up my injectors and charged me $250. Guess what happens 5 days later? Yup, same problems, car won't go. I finally get a friend over that is a mechanic. He pulls my fuel injectors and sees that the screens that filter the fuel are clogged. Immediately he says that my fuel filter should be replaced. I paid $30 for a new one, and a year later, my car still runs great! I will never go to these guys again! They are friendly, heck for what they are raping people, I would be friendly too if I was them. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

I have taken my care into this place several times. I always check what they say out before I get anything done. They try to get you to trust them by saying that they will show you what is wrong with the car so you will know they are honest....yea....ok right. So this time I was told I needed a new transmission. They gave me a price....had made plans to get rental car.....was told I would have my car back at the most 3 days. Well I went to another place which is a dealership and they gave me a price of 600.00 dollars cheaper....the dealership was cheaper...that blows my mind. So I was so pissed I went back and showed the manager my quote from the dealership and he said he would match the price and the dealership said they would give me a free rental car so Americans Service Center said they would give me free rental car and match the price. Well it has now been 1 week 1 day and still no car...I have called and they said they are waiting for the transmission. So I have not received my car back put yet I was sent a bill for the full price that they told me in the begining not the price the dealership gave me....I am mad because first of all I got a bill and no car and the price they sent me is 600.00 more than what they said. I thought you do not get billed until you get your car back....and what happen to the price they said they would match? I now do not trust these people and will be looking for a new place to fix my car. I would not take your car here.

My wife went in to have a $35 part replaced, and ended up paying almost $700. Please be aware that they will take advantage of you at every opportunity. They will suggest services that you don't need just to drive up the price. If you're considering using ANY America's Service Station, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

Brought my car in for a $100 diagnostic and over $1000 worth of work done without my authorization. BEWARE! No paperwork only my word against theirs. The work they stated they did had been done elsewhere, have documentation to support. Will be going to small claims court.

Needing to pass emissions, they took me for $1400 for a new catalytic converter when I didn't even need one. The check engine light still came back on, and all they said was, 'Sorry, we don't know what to tell you.' Turned out it was just be a glitch in my computer that would have only cost $200 to fix.

These guys are not very honest. I took my van in for repair, they quoted me a FIRM price for the repair and then told me it was a higher price because the guy that quoted the price was wrong. The manager was very rude and hung up on me. This looks like a big company but is a franchise company with no one to turn to for complaints.. they will just hang up on you. BE VERY CAREFUL PLEASE.

This company is great. They will evaluate your car/truck and give you great prices. I have actually taken my truck there, they checked it out and did not reccommend any "needed" services. This in my opinion proves this company is honestly and trustworthy and really out for the best interest of the customer. I would definetly reccommend this company.
