Amerisave Mortgage

I have been refinancing with Amerisave for three times now and never disappointment. This time it closed within two weeks even including Christmas. As you can expect, all the people I deal with Amerisave are so professional, helpful and great. They get job done very fast and keep the process moving. As soon as you submitted all the docs, it moved to next step. I always have a great experience with Amerisave and have no hesitate to refer Amerisave to anyone I know who is looking for a mortgage and will come back again if I have a chance in the future.

my loan is in underwriting now (for 1 business day), so it took 15 calendar days to begin underwriting. at this rate i see no problem with closing by the end of november (a total of 34 days) much sooner than the promised 45 days. but i may be overly optimistic. the document processing by email has gone very smoothly it took me much longer to locate the required documents than it did to scan & email them to amerisave ;) communications with the broker and processor have been timely and clear. i'll know the most important part soon enough what the loan actually costs me, and when it actually closes. iow, will amerisave keep their promises?? i'm feeling confident.

First timer to use this company which kept me updated constantly about my status. A good thing. Emailing needed requests, and also by phone, ensured that my loan did close by the required time frame. It's been a good experience in obtaining this refi.

we have used amerisave mortgage 3 times and have been happy every single time. I have no idea how anyone could say they are bad. We loved our processor and our broker! Thank you Amerisave!

Without getting into the details of my problems with them, I encourage you to take a look at their BBB rating which currently shows "Unrated".I have a feeling that it is dropping fast!!!
