Horrible
I have a home warranty with old republic so they sent out "Ameritech" to fix the garbage disposal. So the "Ameritech" service guy arrived and asked a bunch of questions and found out another company was coming later to look at the dishwasher and this guy took it upon himself to call the homewarranty company and tell them he would fix them both. He said he ordered parts and finally came back out a MONTH later after I CALLED HIM and the dishwasher is still broken! Don't use AMERITECH to get your appliances fixed KEEP LOOKING!!
