Got two home quotes from Amica, submitted my paperwork, they accepted 1st payment on car policy, then they called back to tell me the replacement cost on my house would increase to $300k, instead of $200k; which would have raised my premium by $300. Baited and switched? I've heard good things about Amica, but I had to pass.

I have been an AMICA customer for 10 years and have never had a problem. Even when I moved down to GA 2 years ago, the process of getting the insurance paperwork up to date with addresses, etc. was a piece of cake. Everyone I have dealt with have been so friendly and so very helpful.

These guys are unbelievable. After being screwed by State Farm due to being hit by a drunk driver and totaling our car...they cancelled our coverage. AMICA picked us right up gave a rate 40% less and saved us 37% on our homeowners and we got money back at the end of the year. Now That is What I Call GREAT SERVICE!!

I moved my auto insurance to Amica after reading about them on ClarkHoward.com. Not only are the rates terrific, but the employees are considerate and knowledgeable. They really took care of me after a fender bender only a few months after I first signed up. When my homeowner's policy expires I'll move it to Amica, too.
