This company will not admit errors made and will not call back when they say "we will look into it".
Show up on time, work neatly, stand behind their work. Great experience. Have used them multiple times.

Billy came out and performed work for the Forsyth County Humane Society. He was very knowledgable, professional and arrived on-time. He even came back out (on his own time) to locate a tank for us because *he* knew we needed to know where it was (we had no idea we needed to know). A great example of fantastic service.

johnboy855 is dead wrong. He may not have problems now, but if Amos Pump Services told him his fill lines needed to be extended or replaced, they didn't make it up. He left a pretty brutal review and I believe he is placing blame where it shouldn't be placed. He may just be "lucky" with those fill lines for a few more months. No one can predict the very day they will fail. I have to take up for a company that I have used MANY times for various commercial projects (not just once like the reviewer above). Billy Amos, Jason and his other employees have always come through for me. They have installed water lines of all sorts, pumps, drains, and dealt with all types of septic system issues for me. He is honest. He is very knowledgable AND has common sense (something many "contractors" don't have). He shoots straight, is fair with his prices, and never lets me down. If this were not the case, he would not have such a good name for himself for the past couple decades. Ask the true Forsyth County locals who to call for any type of plumbing/sewer/septic issues. Depending on what the actual problem is they will probably tell you Billy Amos (Amos Pump Services), Bobby Amos (more along the lines of residential plumbing inside), or Johnny Amos (installing larger systems - sewer, water, drainage). Yes they are all three brothers and they have made a good name for themselves in this and surrounding Counties through hard work and honesty and fair prices.

I only write this because i feel I should do something to warn people They did the job fine; cleaned out the tank; but then said the tank was to full and something was wrong. The man then gave me a card to call this other guy because my fill lines werent working. So I called and this guy can out and just walked around saying we can put them here or there; but i never could understand how they even knew there was a problem. He said you could wait but thats going to be another 275 for a cleaning next month if u wait. Its been 9 months and it works fine; he was talking around 4 to 5000 dollars for something I didnt need. Im just saying watch out

Called back immediately, were able to come out on short notice, did a great job and didnt disrupt the yard much as they dug out tank by hand - overall really great service - came recommended from a neighbor, and I can see why!

Billy and his crew and the BEST at what they do. The repaired an old pump and got us a new holding tank in a very short time, tackled a job that was not the easiest in town, and did it with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Thank you so much gentlemen!!!!
