Amy Weeks - Keller Williams Metro Atl

Amy totally ROCKS as a real estate agent. I just selected the condo I liked and she went right to work making sure it was the best place for me at the best price. She's smart, funny, answers all emails and phone calls quickly and has tons of referrals at her disposal for painters, plumbers, etc. I felt totally comfortable working with hershe absolutely takes great care of her clients!

Just bought my first house and chose Amy after reading reviews of her. I didn't really know what to expect from a real estate agent, but now that the process is over, I know I couldn't have chosen anyone better. She educated me so well I may never need an agent again (joke)! She listened to what I wanted & didn't try to show me anything out of my price range or preferred area while at the same time being willing to point out houses she thought I might like (I ended up buying one of those). AND, my new home was significantly under what I told her my limit was. She was great at pointing out strengths & weaknesses of houses without being pushy one way or the other - unless she thought the house was "unfit". Then she spoke up quickly. She never complained or seemed put out when I wanted to show the house to friends & family even before I put a contract on it. She helped me make good decisions about what to ask for. She also made me feel like all my questions were good ones even though some of them were probably pretty dumb. :) This lady knows her stuff, & she's just plain nice. I felt very well taken care of & like I was in very capable hands. Never once did I feel like she was just trying to make money off me. All through the process my friends told me I wasn't having the "normal" experience, & I give Amy the credit for that. If I ever have to use another agent, s/he is going to have a lot to live up to!

We found Amy after several Realtors we contacted did not bother to return our calls.

Out of frustration I placed an ad on Craigslist stating we needed a Realtor who really wanted to work and that they MUST have a sense of humor.

Amy was one of two responses - the difference between them was that when we contacted her she responded promptly. We're still waiting for the other one to get back to us :)

When it came time to actually look at homes and place offers she stuck with us through 4 houses - if you count 3 offers on one house I guess that would make 7 houses.

She stayed on top of everything during the purchasing process. We never felt like she took her finger off the pulse.

As frustrating as the process was she did not lose patience or focus.


If we ever move she will be our first call.

The market turned me upside down and inside out like it has a lot of investors in recent months, and Amy was there to help me through the short sale process.TWICE! She got both my investment properties sold , and the headache of being upside down and behind in payments off my back. I would not buy or sell a blade of grass in the future without her.

Amy helped my wife and I buy our house almost a year ago. It was our first home and we were both very picky and I'm sure tough to deal with. Amy was unbelievably helpful before, during, and even after the house was bought. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
