I found Amy on Kudzu a couple weeks ago and contacted her due to the great reviews. I went for my evaluation and was really impressed. I've since then had my first workout with Amy. She is very motivating, and customized a plan that is just right for me. Her follow up is great also. The price is perfect. I finally feel like I'm on my way to reaching my goals.

I've been training with Amy for nine months, since June '06. Even though I am inconsistent :( Amy never stops motivating and encouraging to never quit. Somehow, surprisingly, even when I do miss a time or two and EAT wrong, my body and weight maintain from all the times I do train!! I'm very comfortable with Amy and would highly recommend her as your personal trainer.

Amy has been training me since July 10, 2006 and I could not be happier with my results. Amy has motivated me to increase my cardio, develop better eating habits and has helped me tone so many areas. Since working with Amy, I have lost 17lbs and 11 inches OVERALL!! She is an amazing trainer and you will not be dissappointed.

I have been training with Amy for a year now and I have had great results. When she and I met for the first time I told her my goals (smaller thighs, trimmer legs, and most of all, more definition in biceps, triceps and shoulders). Amy listened and has consistently provided me with workouts to help me meet those goals. She also challenged me to increase my running and make some changes in my diet. Because of her workouts and encouragment, I have seen great changes in my body. I highly recommend Amy as a trainer.

I have had the honor of personal training with Amy for several years. Her knowledge of body building, nutrition and equipment is outstanding. Her workouts are intense, exciting, challenging and fun! You never have the same workout twice. She listens to your goals and makes sure she meets your individual needs. She cares about her clients and keeps you motivated so you don't lose sight of your goals.The results speak for themselves. Thanks Amy!

I found Amy through Kudzu and was impressed by the reviews left for her. After 6 weeks training with Amy I would say she is indeed all that and more! She comes to our neighborhood and trains a small group of us twice a week, emails follow up "homework" workouts, and keeps us accountable through our participation in a daily food journal. Amy keeps us motivated and encouraged. She is organized, knowledgeable and always on time. Her workouts are full of variety and her smile is always there!

Amy is a trainer dedicated to her clients. She follows up with me after each session to make sure I felt challenged enough and she even writes daily homework so that I can work out on my own. She mixes things up so that boredom doesn't set in. I've trained with others before, but Amy is by far, the most dedicated to my success.

Amy did an awesome job listening to what I wanted and making a training program to fit me. I was worried working out with weights would make me get bulky, but she assured me it wouldn't - she was right. She helped me recover after having my 2nd child...I struggled for a year with losing the weight. I trained with her for 2 months so far - I didn't expect to train this long but I'm learning so much and her rates are so great. She really knows her stuff and she's as sweet as she can be. Great personality and great motivator. My son and daughter love her too! Highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a trainer.

I always wanted to lose weight and look better but once I started working out I never made it past the first week. Amy is a great motivator and is very knowledgeable with respect to how to train to maximize results. So far I've trained with Amy twice a week for 6 weeks and learned more than I did in 100 hours of fitness videos. I certainly would recommend Amy's Training to any woman struggling with losing weight, getting in shape, or running low on energy. Thank you so much Amy!!
