I was out of town when my check engine light came on and the engine was running a little rough. When I returned home (1,000 miles later) I took my GMC truck to Andean Chevrolet. I was charged $95 and told that I need a new engine ($7,480). Not believing their diagnosis, I took my truck to a local mechanic for a second opinion. He replaced the spark plugs ($200) and that fixed the problem. I talked to Richard Brooks (service manager @ Andean Chevrolet) but he refused to refund my money. It's my opinion that Mr. Brooks and his band of merry thieves at Andean Chevrolet will lie about what repairs you need to have done in order to cheat you out of your hard earned money... Trust me, or find out for yourself??? You have been warned!!!

I have purchased my last three cars from Andean. I have ALWAYS recieved the highest of customer service. In fact I have all my service work done there as well. I consider them to be like family. The Otwell Family is so generous to our community. We are lucky to have them be a part of it.

We would like to thank Derrick your salesperson in the help he provided me in purchasing a new car this weekend. I was at your dealership over 4 hours, and he worked so hard to make all the numbers work. I will be happy with the corvette's gas mileage, and hope to do more business with your company. After 8 years of hard use I thought I'd refresh my pickup truck with a new coat of paint. I went to several collision centers and opted for Andean based on a quality referral. While other shops wanted only repair work, they took on the task of a detailed exterior restoration. Items like removing all the glass, door panels, truck bed, trim, etc... made for a better-than-new car. The final coat is liquid smooth unlike the original finish from the factory. I'm set for the next 8 years. Currently under rennovation, this Chevy dealership is going to look sharp and be a pleasure to bring our vehicles in for service.

I negotiated the price for a used vehicle with the stipulation that my mechanic would have to inspect the vehicle. She did and found despite the Carfax report, the auto had been involved in an accident. In addition, it needed the sparkplugs changed. I was still willing to purchase the vehicle but was told not only would he (sales manager) not take money off because of the finding but that he would not even sell it to me for the previous negotiated price. He increased it by $700.00. I will let you be the judge from this posting. However, I will never purchase anything from this dealer.

What a nice bunch of people! I had a recall for a small part on our '02 Avalanche bought at a different dealership. We recently moved to Cumming, and decided to try Troncalli. They went out of their way to make the replacement of the part a quick process for us. They pulled a service tech off another job and replaced the part while I waited in the vehicle with my sleeping baby. We haven't encountered any other dealership that courteous!
