Paid them $1,500 to install a tub, uninstall a toilet and extremely light demo. 2 teenage kids doing the demo managed to spill toilet water all through my house while taking it out. They cracked my... brand new tub in two places. The main part of the demo was to remove the remaining old tile adhesive which they did not do...they did the easy demo which I would have done if I had know they were not going to decide not to do the hard part. So Andrew basically manipulated the itemized pricing so things were simply not done that actually took any amount of time. Lazy and unethical approach to my project. Oh!...and they did hang a little bit of backer board. And the idiot that did that cut it all at the edge of my open garage leaving this incredible amount of dust all over my garage on every damn thing. The dust will be there for years. The guy would not have done that to his garage, a family member or friend's garage. Unbelievable poor judgment. Had about $2,500 worth of project left that included tile work in the bathroom, a door frame, baseboards, etc... Called Andrew about 3 times, emailed him about 3 times and even texted him. For some reason I was willing to let him complete the job simply because we were excited to get it complete. Not one call, text or email back. How do people do business like that? I thought he may have been in the hospital but then saw all the current FB posts.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
The project for a bathroom remodel was top notch. This was a very detailed project for a large master bath with high-end travertine tile, granite coutnertops, bubble tub, heated floors, frameless... glass, pebble shower floor...nothing cookie cutter. A&C did a great job and Scott and his team were very easy to work with. Final project turned out Great!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I recently used Andrews and Crockett for a bathroom remodel. They laid out what they would do and the approximate time it would take. They completed the job in the time they allotted and the work was better than I could have ever imagined. After the work was completed, I noticed that I need to have my vanity light moved. I contacted Scott and he had someone come and move the light, no questions asked. The gentlemen who came to work were courteous and I had no hesitation with being out of town while they worked on my project. I will certainly use them again for my next project. Polite, responsive, trustworthy, and within budget. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Thank you Angela for the great review about your bathroom and us! We enjoyed working for you and are looking forward to that hall bath project in the Fall!
A&C finished the basement for us adding a bedroom and a bath and bar area. Jeff was the supervisor. I was constantly in touch with Jeff and Scott. They were very specific in their bid and came in right on target..except a few additions we made. The crew came as planned, kept the area clean and worked with us on every detail from start to finish. We will use them again for our next project and have recommended them to friends already.

Thank you Stephen for the review. Your front deck looks great and we enjoyed working for you. Best of luck with your business!
We decided to remodel our master bath, which quickly included the hall bath. This was an expensive undertaking, so after interviewing several contractors, we chose Andrews & Crockett. Scott was very attentive, and extremely professional, and answered all of our questions/concerns. The end results were all we hoped for and more. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Scott, Jeff and all the crew made what could have been an upheaval into a pleasant experience. We will definetly hire them for our next project

Thank you Paul for the review. We enjoyed working on your bathrooms and hope to do your kitchen when the time comes. Thank you for being such a fun customer to work with. Jeff and I both enjoyed working with you.
Terrible and frustrating experience with Andrews and Crockett. The initial sell by the contractor was professional. We hired this contractor to finish a large basement. All of the references were very good. As the project progressed things went from bad to worse. We were unable to get the contractor to return our phone calls and e-mails. We had to use phone numbers that he didn't recognize just to get him to answer the phone. He did not moniter his subs or their work. He basically collected his money from us, sent subs unsupervised into our home and rarely checked up on their work. We continually had to try to contact Andrews and Crockett to tell him all the things the subs did wrong or did not complete. Two of his subs quit in the middle of my job. He had a trim guy install my cabinet incorrectly I had to demand a cabinet guy come to correct all the mistakes. His tile guy spread grout over my slate turning the whole floor white. Andrews and Crockett thought it looked ok. I had to have someone else re-sand the whole floor to remove the grout and re-seal. His brick guy put my column in crooked. I had to point this out. This contractor would not return any money for damages or inferior work of his contractors. I could go on with a lot more of the problems due to inferior supervision by this contractor. Don't get fooled by the early sell by this company. They either have spread themselves too thin or can't keep quality subs.

I apologize to anyone looking at this as this is a FAKE review. We have no outstanding problems with any of our customers as you can see from previous reviews and we are always available to our customer base. Whomever this person is has committed libel by potraying falsehoods as fact and this has been reported to our company attorney and Customer Service on KUDZU. Again we apologize for this ridiculous distraction.
Called for estimate and within a couple of days Scott showed up, went over what we wanted and within a day or so gave us a very reasonable price. The job was completed in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend this orgainzation to others for professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

Thank you Wally for the review. Your new bathroom really looks great and we always appreciate the business. Now we are ready to finish the garage for you too!
We hired A&C to create a framed opening in a load bearing wall. The work involved carpentry, trim and adding electrical boxes and outlets. This company has an excellent reputation in our neighborhood and their estimate was reasonable and in line with what we expected. The project has been a success in all respects and we would do business again without hesitation. The house had unexpected electrical issues caused by the previous owner, but they were sorted out by A&C with no drama. They did what they said they were going to do, they did it on time and in-budget. One aspect of the experience that made my wife happy was that they made sure their tools were tucked away between work days so our house wasn't a mess. This is an example of the attention to detail that earns our recommendation.

Thanks for the business and we look forward to doing more work for you!
We hired A&C to remodel a bath which included tear out and re-tile a tub area. They were wonderful to work with. They did what they said they would do from the first moment we spoke with them. Everyone that worked on the project was professional. We highly recommend them.

Thank you Mr. Puckett for the fantastic review. It was our pleasure to work for you and your wife and we appreciate the business. Let us know when you are ready for your next project!
Our neighbors used Andrews & Crockett, so we were lucky enough to already be familiar with their work. We had them create a framed entrance between our dining room and family room. They were always prompt, and their staff is so friendly and courteous. They use the same people daily - not day laborers. I really trusted them in my house when we weren't there. I'm absolutely thrilled with the work - and at a fabulous price. We will *definitely* use them again - and have already discussed some future plans... Thank you Scott, Jeff, Kevin & Rusty!!

Thank you Mrs. L for the nice review! The guys truely enjoyed working in your house and I can not remmeber the last time a homeowner baked us cookies! You both are a wonderful couple and you certainly call us if you ever need any help or work!
It's been about a year now since we Andrews and Crockett completed our basement. The quality of the work still shows as there are no major issues and, many of the 'settlement' challenges that traditionally appear on a basement finish are non-existent. In addition, I have asked Scott for a few small items to fix as part of the warranty. He gladly accomodated our request and made the changes. I am strong believer that after project service is critical to these renovations and A&C have been well above par. I've even stated to ask for their references on other small jobs that A&C doesn't handle. All in all, a great relationship

We could not ask for a better client to work with. Mr. Deshpande knew the difficult nature of his project, and was fantastic with emailing us questions. Thank you for letting us handle your basement project.
We found Scott to be pleasant, professional & easy to deal with. Even though we ended up going with a different contractor for our project (through no fault of Scott's I might ad), I have no doubt Andrews & Crockett would have performed admirably.

Thank you Steve for the nice review! I am sorry we did not get the project but we certainly hope we can bid the next one. I bet not too many companies get good reviews on the jobs they did not get! Best of luck on your project and I hope all goes well for you.
Thank you for taking care of my home and all my changes. We are very skeptical since we have moved and Scott and his installers do a great job. Took care of every question I had and made sure we were happy. We will definately use Andrews & Crockett, Inc. again.

Communication is key and changes are natural with a big remodel like yours. We appreciate your communication to us about what you wanted and it certainly worked out and created a beautiful interior remodel and master suite! Thank you for the review!
We apologize for missing you and your appointment. We always call before our set time and if we can only leave a message or get no answer, we will not come until we hear from you. With gas prices as high as they are and all our vehicles we have to be diligent to keep our pricing down. Please call us back and we would be happy to rescedule.
My mother hired Andrews and Crocket to remodel the bathroom my sister and I share. When Scott came out for the initial walk through he explained to me what was going to happen and I felt comfortable and left it all up to him. We are very pleased with the work, Ron is the best, (not to mention my daugheters adore him), just a little side note, he made our bathroom look like it should be in the master suite. We love it and it feels like heaven when we enter into our new luxury style bathroom. Thanks!

Thank you Mrs. Davis for the nice review. It was a lot of fun working at your house. It is always nice to work for such nice people and it makes us really want to go the extra mile to make you happy! Enjoy your bathroom and let us know if we can help you with anything else.
My husband and I hired Andrews & Crockett (A&C) to remodel one of the bathrooms in our house. We spoke with several contractors, and we selected A&C because of its professional communications, insurance coverage, references, and competitive prices. In retrospect, we were very happy with our decision. A&C was knowledgeable and able to offer timely recommendations that made the remodeling process easier. We had a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but A&C always worked out a solution before we even had time to worry. Scott, head of A&C, communicated in thoughtful, clear and patient fashion, and responded promptly to our concerns. Just as importantly, A&C started and finished the project on time! There was one aspect of the job that left us momentarily dissatisfied, but A&C made sure it was promptly addressed. The painting crew for our remodel came over the weekend (and we did appreciate them agreeing to work the weekend in order to finish on time), but the crew supervisor was out of town that weekend. The painters rushed through the job and left some holes in the trim uncovered and chipped the corner of the granite vanity countertop. We informed A&C and were very pleased that A&C made sure the problems were fixed completely-- the painters came back to fix the holes and a granite repair specialist fixed the countertop. We include the experience with the painters to give any prospective customers an example of how well A&C deals with any issues that arise.

Thank you Mrs. Diaz for the nice review. What a fantastic transformation of your hall bath and we appreciate the business. There is never a remodel project that does not come with its unexpected issues, but for us the key has always been to keep our heads up and work through it to a solution. We look forward to doing more work for you in the future.
