Kyle Fox, the technician that came out to my home. Gave me...over the top, customer service. I pointed out to him, a few areas, where the fire ants were going wild. He found four more areas I had missed. I have small dogs that go into this area. So, I was delighted when Kyle pointed out, what I had missed. He was friendly, cheerful and answered everyone of my pest questions. At the end of the service call, I mentioned to Kyle that I recently lost a cat. I provided him with a flyer with information regarding my cat. Much to my suprise, he told me he would make a copy of this flyer. To inform the other techs, at Alterra to be on the look out....for my dearly missed pet. Really to me, this was just like having a good friend help me out. I APPERCIATE THIS ACT OF KIDNESS, BECAUSE THIS GOES WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. KYLE IS JUST AN AWSOME PERSON AND TERRIFIC EMPLOYEE.... ALTERRA...PROPS FOR HIRING SUCH A GREAT GUY,THAT PROVIDING ME WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steven was right on time and very thorough in the house and outside. We had a lot of wasp nests which he knocked down and treated the area so (hopefully) they will not return.We also had a problem with fire ants. He took care of this too. Steven pointed out some areas on the outside of the house that I need to fix and told me how. He seemed to really know his stuff. Steve was very polite, happy, funny, and informative. I would recommend him.
