I have been a patient of Dr. C's for several years! I find her to be knowledgable and skilled. Her staff is one of the best in the city! They make you feel at home. Most importantly, Dr. C has saved my life. She has recommended a treatment plan that has cured my severe health problems. I thank God for my PCP!!!

A doctor that listens! She is concerned about your health but does not perform unnecessary tests. Office is convenience location for folks who work downtown. Receptionist is very friendly. Sometimes have to wait, but that is because she does not rush her patients but listens to them and answers their questions.

This hole in the wall doctor's office has been my nightmare ever since my mother started seeing Dr. Crowell. Aside from the homeless people in the tiny parking lot and a maximum security entrance door, I have never been here when we didn't wait at least three hours. Last time, we waited SIX. I was livid, having missed an entire day of work, and expressed this to Dr. Crowell, only to have her give me a dismissive reply; not even an apology. Her vernacular, demeanor, and appearance are very unpolished, much like her office. She even refused to run the test that we asked for and advised my mother to check in to an emergency room if she wanted that test done. We will be finding a new GP for my mother ASAP.

Dr. Crowell is practical personable, and knowledgeable of medicine. The only reason I had to wait (1 time)was because I was late and had the wrong time of my appt. The other times I have been waited on immediately. I have highly recommended her to my friends and family and they have all been completely satisfied!!

The practice of medicine is a lost art. I've spent the past 3 years looking for a GP and I've finally found her! One of my coworkers suggested Dr. Crowell to me. She was warm and caring. She took the time to talk with me for 30 minutes before examining me, which I appreciated. Many of my friends and coworkers now go to Dr. Crowell. I don't mind the 30 minute wait, because I know that she is giving the same level of care to other patients.

A friendly and personable staff, a good doctor that takes time with her patients (thus the long waits). She was without arrogance and attitude and was open about alternative methods of healing.

Horrible 2 hour wait (with appt), she was very flippant about my problems and did not run the test I asked for and was told would be run. Instead I was given ridiculous non-medical suggestions. Parts of the office look dirty and worn.

Dr. Crowell is by far the best doctor in town; I moved here in 2000 and have been to several different doctors around town. I happen to come across Dr. Crowell and she absolutely knows what she is doing. She is extremely knowledgeable. The only thing that may be a problem is the wait time. She is starting to become extremely popular and she stays booked and appointments tend to run long, but friendly staff!
