I bought a Ford Explorer from Angela Krause Ford over a year ago and I decided to trade it in for a 2017 mustang convertible. The dealership gave me a great price for my explorer which made the deal work for me. The dealership has a very nice showroom and I love the location which is in Alpharetta off mansell rd. My salesman was a pro and I will be doing business with their service department too. I highly recommend dealer.

I walked in without an appointment, but had 12,000 cash with me. I was not greeted by a single person, and when trying to make eye contact to get service the lady at the front desk pretended to have a phone call. I kept scanning and noticed 3, that's right three, car sales people talking to each other having a good time. They all made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge me at all. I was 19 at the time. So i decided to walk up to them and ask for help, and only one of them responded. I had said that I was interested and before I got to tell him what my conditions were, he interrupted me and called some guy that was walking by and said "can you take care of this one?". I was really angry at how they looked down upon me, but i proceeded to try and buy a car. So this guy that was walking by asked me how he could help me, and I said that I was looking for a car. He told me he was only responsible for the parking lot, and that he could give me a ride on a golf cart around the lot but that he was not a sales person. That one guy was the only person that had manners in that place, so I walked out. I was so mad that I called back to complain and asked to speak to a manager, when this manager got on the phone he did not apologize. He was silent once i finished telling him what had just happened, but after about a five second pause he goes "well, what do you want me to do?". Overall, this was the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered.

Take my ZX3 there for synthetic oil change - very good price. I go early and am out in less than an hour. Service has been good but expensive. For a local alternative try Hicks Auto in Roswell.

I just moved to the area and scheduled an il change here for my new Fusion. FOr oil change and a tire rotation I paid over $70 and was told the wait would be 1 hour and 20 min-- and I had made an appointment! The wait ended up only being an hour, but the price still wowed me.

My wife went to look at a used BMW. She could not even test drive it, as they salesman had misplaced the keys. It was the right car for us, but we didn't want it without a test drive. Several hours later, they found the keys and we were going to come back and buy it after our daughters chorus concert. The concert was way longer than we expected. I asked if we could come in the next day to buy. They agreed. I had an urgent client meeting that came up that kept me from going in that morning. I let them know. I then started receiving urgent text messages to make a decision or the car would be gone. I told them to sell it, because there was no way for me to get there. Regardless, the salesman working with me sent me one the most unprofessional and accusing text messages I have ever received. He called me a liar and accused me of being "weak". Needless to say, we had plans to buy the car that afternoon when I was done with my meeting. We are never doing business with this dealer. What makes me even more disappointed is that I own a Ford and love the company! This dealer is just plain horrible! Buy somewhere else!!

Each visit I have at this dealership is a pleasant one. The assistants take time to explain your needs before the work is done and there is always fresh hot coffee to relax with in the lounge.

My first visit to Team was a good one, but repeat visits have me looking elsewhere for someone to service my car. Last time in, it took them almost three days to take care of a simple problem, because my car was put on the backburner and not serviced in a decent time. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had sideswiped a pole with it and I found the damage myself. No one but the lot attendant (who did not do the damage) apologized for the damage or for my inconvenience. I feel they diagnose vehicles based on their "menu of services" rather than by looking at what your car actually needs. If you have nowhere else to go, I say go to Team. Otherwise, find someone you can trust, who cares.

I was charged $99 for an inspection when my check engine light came on (elsewhere $70). I was told that I needed $890 of work done when only a $40 sensor was needed. Unknowledgable, unfriendly, and inexperienced service staff. Go elsewhere!!

I bought my car new from this location - I (a female) totally got the run around until my dad showed up when negotiating the sale. Not female friendly!! When I found out the lug wrench was missing (yes missing!) from my car it took over 2mo, 14 phone calls and eventually a threat to contact the dealer owner to get the $15 part.

My biggest complaint is that they don't seem to value my time very highly. I will say that they always tried to make good when they screwed up. Once they told me the car was repaired and when I got there one of the doors was off and in pieces! They paid for a rental.
