otherwise, like me, YOU'LL BE SORRY - when you're forced to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if they totally blow a simple, commom SPAY - THAT LEAVES YOUR KITTEN STILL "IN HEAT" and BLEEDING. Please, for your own good; STAY AWAY.

I have never seen anything but very happy pets when I have been in to see Dr. Williams and his staff. He has always been very caring about my pet's needs and helpful for me to understand what is going on with my pet. I have been to other vet hospitals but have not seen others that are more overall caring towards my pets' best health and my concerns about my pet. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and Animal Care Center for all my pet needs. KL

I had to have Cobb County Animal Control literally rescue my dog from Animal Care Center, Inc. They accused him of biting and said they would have to quarantine him for 10days. This is a very small dog with a snout the size of a carrot! they were trying to put drops in his nose and claimed the muzzle slipped off! The kicker is they refused to let us see him!! Cobb Animal Control was kind enough to pick him up, examine him and return him to me the next day - no charge! They said that this vet did not follow procedure of reporting the bite and when questioned by County about it, they claimed they weren't aware of this requirement! i believe that the bite lie was a routine scam to gip people out their $. Unbelievable! Horrible, Unprofessional, Incompetent,Pathetic. Don't do it. You'll regret it!!

Went to this vet for a couple of years and then it became very clear they were in it for the money. They bring you in with a yearly $99 vaccine special but tried to charge me almost $300 to clean my dog's ears! They're not willing to work with you and they vaccinate for things that aren't needed in all dogs. Go elsewhere.

Expect the Best when taking your critter to Animal Care Center Inc. Great attitude and sevice overall from the staff and Dr.Williams. It was my 1st time there and like they say, "First impressions are everything". The staff were very friendly and helpful as was Dr.Williams. The Doctor was genuinely interested in the well being of my pet and took his time explaining things and answering my questions. He didn't seem like he was trying to sell me anything I didn't need. As far as price goes, they cannot be beat, believe me, I've done my homework. I called every Vet in the area and they beat them by at least $100.00 on the same services I was inquiring about. I also checked out the reviews that Animal Care Center Inc. had recieved in the past. There were some pretty nasty reviews as well as incredibly positve ones. Figured I'd just go see for myself while keeping an open mind. I am so glad I did, these folks will definitely be getting more of my business. Hats off to Animal Care Center Inc !!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs!! I had taken my Golden Retriever pup to this clinic for his neuter and it was a disaster. The staff was cruel to my pup right in front of me...dragging and choking him when he was too scared to walk with them to the back. They performed tests on my dog without my knowledge or consent and then charged me through the roof after the fact. I submitted a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau that they refuse to answer to. AVOID THIS CLINIC!!

I happen to have the inside scoop on this place. The boarding conditions are poor, as is the customer service. Vaccine specials sound nice, but the bill usually ends up being much higher due to unnecessary tests and procedures. If you only knew how your pets were treated after they were dropped off, you'd never leave them alone there. Too many times, I've seen clients who had their pets misdiagnosed that had to go to other clinics to fix what Dr. Williams missed. This place is a joke.

I have the inside scoop on this clinic. I will keep it short. Prices are not equal across the board. If you look like you have money Dr. Williams will charge you more. Be sure to ask for blood results and x-rays because you might be charged without the work even being done. WAY OVERPRICED! Customer service is horrible because the vet has horrible communication skills. Unethical, money hungry, doesn't care much about your pet. Most often Dr. Williams will recommend services that really don't need to be done. I have known and heard of him leaving pets under anesthesia and he completely leave the premises to go to lunch or take care of business. I have seen the boarding area and kennels. HORRIBLE. NIGHTMARE! holes in the ceiling, cobwebs, rodents, insufficient ventilation. in a nutshell, BEWARE OF THE VET! The state board should give Dr. Williams and his clinic a visit!!

This vet is ideal for someone on a budget. With the specials they frequently run on bathing, vaccinations, and teeth cleaning, I've made this vet my number one choice. On the downside, sometimes the wait is long to check out or pick your pet up, but by and large it hasn't been too ridiculous.

I called on Tuesday 2/16/10 to schedule an appointment for grooming. The receptionist stated that there were no available appointments on Tuesday but I could bring my dog in on Thursday 2/18/10 for grooming. At that time no time was given for the appointment. So I go in this morning around 9:30 am and receive cold stares from both ladies at the front desk when I say I'm here for a grooming appointment. I was then told that there would be a $10 late fee charged for bringing the dog in after 9am. I stated that no one told me that I had to be there by 9am. They then said you have to take that up with the groomer so I said I will. When I got there to pick up my dog the total charge was $55 without anyone giving me a statement showing what the charges were for. So I asked what the $55 consisted of. The lady said $45 for grooming and the $10 late fee. I told them I wasn't paying that as I stated earlier that morning so she then asked if I wanted to speak with the groomer. She called Terrance and said he was downstairs he did not even have the decency to come up and consult with me about the issue. Per the receptionist he said the charge stands. So I asked for a copy of my dogs records and said we would not utilize the services of Animal Care Clinic again and to remove my information from the system to avoids receiving appointment reminders in the future. The customer service at this place STINKS!!!!!!!

I have entrusted the care of my 5 pets over the last 10 years to Dr. Williams and his amazing team. His genuine care and concern for animals is remarkable. I live 25 miles away from Animal Care Center and I continue to make the drive.

One of the sweetest vets I have ever used. Not only is he caring towards my animals, but he is not one of those pushy vets that tries to get you to spend too much money on un needed supplies and or procedures. Dr. Otto Williams is a great man

I agree with these ratings from other clients. Although I was not a client but an employee, Dr. Williams is a great person as well as a great veterinarian. I started my career with him in 88 and have lots of great memories from my employment with him. I am glad to see that his practice is thriving. Way to go Doc! K.W.

Always advertising monthly specials for baths, shot, neutering. First visit - I felt very comfortable that my cat would be well take care of and the service fees were competive.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Otto Williams for about 6 years now. He is the best vet I've ever had for my animals. He is so caring, gentle and genuinely concerned for and loving towards animals. He is a wonderful vet, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients and their owners. His veterinary clinic offers many services including routine visits, surgery, grooming and boarding. In the 6 years I have been going to Dr. Williams, I have never been disappointed. One of my dogs has been sick with multiple problems over the past few years and Dr. Williams has always taken such great care of her. She actually LOVES going to his office!!
