I have been bringing my dogs to Animal Health Center since I moved into the area about 2 years ago. No matter what I need they are always there for me and always seem to want to help. I tried a few other places before I stumbled upon this clinic and I was not at all satisfied with any of the others. The staff are friendly and are always there to answer any questions and the doctors are knowledgeable. I have recommended this clinic to many people and have had a few actually go and became new clients as well. I would strongly recommend Animal Health Center to anyone in need of a vet clinic.

I began bringing my now 10 year old dog to Animal Health center when I moved to the Marietta area two years ago. They were good the first year. My dog had a reasonably priced surgery, the vet and staff seemed professional and all was fine. In December when I took him for his shots, they tried to sell me $700 in unnecessary tests and "allergy pills" and misdiagnosed a birthmark as a potential thyroid problem. I decided to let it go because I understand everyone is out to make a buck; however, recommending expensive invasive procedures merely because a dog is "geriatric" is reprehensible. Today I received a marketing letter from Ceva/Animal Health Center. They deny selling my information for marketing purposes nor providing information to Ceva. This is the last straw. If you want a Vet who treats you and your animals like a commodity and is happy to sell your private information then by all means go there. If not, go ANYWHERE else! I picked up his records today and I will never go back.

We are sorry this client seems to have such an issue with receiving the coupon, and assure all of our clients that we did not sell your information to a marketing company. It was never our intent to offend anyone. We simply had the opportunity to offer our clients a coupon through a reputable, established veterinary medical supplier that has been around for years. Out of the thousands of coupons that were mailed this is the only complaint we had, the majority have been very thankful for the savings. We know these economic times are difficult for everyone, and want to help in any way that we can. In regards to offering treatments, we will always offer good medicine to all of our clients based upon our patients symptoms and needs. They are recommendations, and every owner has the right to decline any treatment. For our geriatric patients, we recommend bloodwork and x-rays to make sure they are in good health, especially if any abnormalities are noted on physical exam. These tests are in no way invasive. We just want to be sure we detect any problems before they become life threatening and give our patients the happiest, healthiest and longest lives that we possibly can!
I recently moved to the area and found this wonderful facility online. I have since started taking all of my cats here and couldn't be more pleased. The staff are all gentle and caring. Dr. George, Dr. Beasley, Eve, and Karen were all extremely helpful. Aside from giving me great advice and providing all the products I currently use, they were very gentle and patient with my cats (who were not so keen on the idea of being at the vet). I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a well run, clean, efficient and caring animal hospital. I thank them so much for the hardwork and expertise they provide.

I have 5 animals that I have been taking to Animal Health Center for the past 2 years. I have always felt completely comfortable with the care that is given to my pets especially knowing one of my pets is very difficult at times due to the fact he doesn't do well with strangers. They take the proper precautions necessary not only to keep themselves safe, but also my pet. One of the best things about Animal Health Center is that they are a full service vet which makes it very convenient for all my pets needs in one place. I board them for the weekend and then have them bathed before I pick them up. If I'm not able to do an appointment I can always drop my pet off for the day and pick up before they close. I have been to other clinics before coming to Animal Health Center and found that they have the fairest prices. Not only on medical services but especially for boarding and grooming. I highly recommend both Animal Health Center and Animal Care Clinic to anyone that wants the best care for their pet.

My 15 year old Golden Retriever had been a patient of Animal Health Center for many years. I have always had excellent service from everyone at this office. Everyone is very friendly and compassionate, from the Doctors and the Vet Techs to the people behind the desk. I was especially pleased with the way we were treated this past year. In June we had to have our beloved pet put to sleep due to old age. The staff at Animal Health Center was very caring and compassionate in our time of grief. The Doctor tried to help prolong her life on our visit by offering us different choices to see if it would help. After trying her on a new medicine for about 5 days, we realized that we needed to make the decision to have her put to sleep. When I took her in the staff was very sweet to me. I had to bring her in by myself because my husband was at work. They made sure that I was ok. I felt very comfortable in making this hard decision because of the caring staff. I am very appreciative of everything they do for the care of our pets.

After 2+ years of going to this vet we are totally convinced of the quality care our pets get consistently. Bruno our rot and pumpkin our cat's health are true testament of the excellent care given by Dr. Brown and Dr. Beasley. Wouldn't trust any other vet with their well being. I can board them for days and feel relax that this loving staff gives our pets the best attention as if we were there.

Where to start...this staff is just amazing from April, Misty, Melinda, Dr. Brown, Dr. Beasley...these guys know what they are doing. My pets all love visiting and especially little Charlie. He walkes into the office like he owns the place and the staff just love him. He has had to have surgery and they are efficient and make sure he was safe and healthy. They calm our fears and treat our pets like their own children. I couldn't imagine anyone else taking care of our children. We board them while we go on vacation and come back and they are just spoiled rotten. You will not find better service anywhere in Atlanta.

All my animals regularly come to both this veterianry hospital (Animal Health Center) and their associated clinic (The Care Clinic) here in Powder Springs for over a year. I have never has anything but a wonderful experience at either clinic. The staff is always very caring and know both me and most of my pets on sight. (With 5 cats and 3 dogs that's saying something!!!) All 3 of my dogs are always groomed exactly as I ask them to be done and they didn't even have to sedate my spastic sheltie who's had to be sedated at past clinics. The routine veterianry care is always taken care of throughly and I'm always informed of any health problems found. (Who knew that cats and dogs could have seasonal allergies just like us!)They are insistant on all vaccines being updated before anything is done, but I do feel safer knowing any "friends" may dogs make in boarding are fully vaccinated too :).In the few emergencies we've had, the doctors have gotten to my babies quickly and keep me informed through the entire process. I would definitly recommend both of these practices to anyone looking for a caring, reasonably price veterinary clinic/grooming facility/boarding facilty. If you're new to town or are just looking for a different veterianry clinic definitly try Animal Health Center or Animial Care Clinic!

Just wanted everyone who is looking for a vet to know that Animal Health Center is the place for you. Dr. Brown and Dr. Beasley are wonderful and so is the staff. They have an excellent grooming dept. and while you are there take a look at the kennels. Don't just take my word for it. I was impressed!

I would like to recognize the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Animal Health center. I recently visited the office for the first time with my 13 year old dog "Bud". I did not have a regular vet but I assure you the staff at Animal Health have gained a customer for life.
