I've never had a problem with this kennel. I hate to hear people say they had problems but we never have. Our dog is in good shape when we pick him up and not excessively tired, which is good compared to previous kennel we used. This at least tells me he's getting his meds. We always bathe him before we pick up and he obviously is clean but previous kennels that didn't matter much so that is encouraging also. As a memeber of the Boarding Kennel Association they are inspected at some time. This is why we chose the place, we've had good luck in other cities with BKA kennels.

i came from cali to vegas for a few nights with my two dogs, and when i picked tjem up they were wet and scared! i was upset that they obviously did not take care of my dogs. they also gave me back the same anount of food that i left for both of my dogs. i dont think they fed them! they told me that they ate good, but there is no way! they also told me that my dogs had fun playing fetch at playtime but neither of my dogs know how to fetch. they didnt even know who my dogs were if they think they braughtr back there ball! wth?

They are cheap and convenient. That's the only positive thing I can say about the place. I went to place my dogs there early this month. I asked for a tour of the facility. She almost seemed annoyed. The girl I was talking to, Kenya, gave another girl a "look". That girl left to the back area. A few minutes later, she came back, returned a "look" and I was taken back. That gave me the impression they cleaned or had something to hide. I tried to talk to a few kennel workers and they just smiled and left while I talked. Kenya laughed and told me none of them spoke English! That was funny? Ask them for proof the animals have current vaccinations and they get pissed. I want to know the animal next to mine isn't sick. I didn't check my dogs in. I took them on the road trip with me.

We went out of town for 5 days. Came back and our Bichon had green "dye" on her face - they said it happened before we dropped her off. Not the case! I don't mind if she got into something while she was there but they insisted it was something WE did before we dropped her off. Her paws also smelled heavily of urine (after they gave her a bath). Wouldn't go there again.

today I called to ask about rates and found out that they have hidden charges. $40 for late drop off? $5 extra per day if boarding during a holiday? What is that all about? I also had called on three separate occasions and was given three separate prices. I didn't get a good feeling about this place. Just decided to board my pets elsewhere.

I don't know what Kennel "Never Again" took his dog to, but it wasn't Animal Inn. I've been taking my two Beagles there for years. Always curteous, always helpful. I get my dogs back in top shape. Look no further. Call Animal Inn.

I travel for business often and I always leave my 2 dogs with the Animal Inn. No matter if I leave them for a few days or over a week it is good to know that they are safe and well taken care of. It is always clean and I can tell the staff just love animals and treat them as their own.

Boarded my 9 year old retired racing greyhound here. When we picked him up, he was skin and bones. They weighed him, and he'd lost 12 lbs in 6 days!!! They said he hadn't eaten well while he was there, and they were too busy to spend any time to try to coax him. Plus, they slammed the gate on his tail, and cut it. When they brought him out to us, he was spraying blood everywhere, and they didn't even notice! I noticed, and asked what happened, they were very unconcerned, and handed me a paper towel. Terrible service by people who obviously don't care about animals at all. If you value your pet's life and health, find a different kennel.
