Very good service
Nicholas responded to my initial call promptly, did what he said he would do, showed up on time, followed up per our agreement, and was pleasant and personable. He got rid of animals in the attic.

rat problem
Had rats in attic space. Nick came out and did a good job of blocking off the entry points where they were coming in. He shows up on time and does what he says he will do. He also gives a 1 year guarantee with his workNice guy who knows his business

Meticulous
ANC provided knowledgeable and meticulous service dealing with a "squirrels in the attic problem". Almost 4 weeks have passed and no more squirrels. It is not often that you find pleasant, diligent and knowledgeable folks in the service industry. Mr. Smallwood is one. First rate!
