Ansley Animal Clinic

I have 2 cats, and have visited this vet a couple times in the past few years. The first visit was pleasant, no problems. The second visit about a year later, was horrific for me. My cat had defecation issues, and when I took her in (scared that she was sick), the vet. was short with me, and acted very cold in her personality. My long haired cat had fleas, which was odd to me since we just moved into a condo with hardwood floors, and she had never been let outside once. The vet. wouldn't even let me speak once she found fleas, and wouldn't exam her and told me to only bring her back when the flea problem is resolved. Well, the woman at the front desk when I checked out was not only rude, but completely incompetent in her job. She not only couldn't look me up on the computer, but she acted like I was making up the fact that I had visited there before. The problem was that someone had entered my name in wrong in the system, which got resolved after nearly 30 minutes of waiting at checkout. I also have a speech impediment, I stutter, and the staff acted very uncomfortable whenever I spoke and gave me strange looks the entire visit. Such a horrible experience, I will never go back, have since changed to a much nicer, and more understanding vet practice. Customer service at its worse.

I have used Ansley Vet for 5 years and find them caring and knowledgeable. They take good care of my 2 dogs and recommend them highly. They are a little on the expensive side.

This place is fantastic, and they will generally work with you on pricing. They acctually care about your pets wellbeing. I love this place :)

My puppy was not eating, and i stopped by to let the doctors look at him. It was a simple case of having worms, which was a huge relief. Thank you guys, we will continue to employ your services.

We've been going to Ansley for 15 years with our cats. Simply put, we've never had a better experience than with the folks at Ansley. If you're local, use 'em. 'Nuff said.
