I wish they would analyze their model a little closer. They could be great. Now they are only “mediocre” and only good for standard care items. Past issues: 1)I seem to get more care then my aging... pet needs. After $100’s worth of service, specialists will tell me these are normal issues based on circumstances. 2)They don't know where tests are. They say X days, I call 2+ days after that and they have no idea when they will be ready. 3) I never get the same Dr. from week to week or day to day. I constantly have to rehash old material. 4)They have missed diagnosis requiring me to go to the ER later than neccessary. 5)They recommended an emergency clinic, but don't seem to trust their diagnosis. I have 2 cats, and have visited this vet a couple times in the past few years. The first visit was pleasant, no problems. The second visit about a year later, was horrific for me. My cat had... defecation issues, and when I took her in (scared that she was sick), the vet. was short with me, and acted very cold in her personality. My long haired cat had fleas, which was odd to me since we just moved into a condo with hardwood floors, and she had never been let outside once. The vet. wouldn't even let me speak once she found fleas, and wouldn't exam her and told me to only bring her back when the flea problem is resolved. Well, the woman at the front desk when I checked out was not only rude, but completely incompetent in her job. She not only couldn't look me up on the computer, but she acted like I was making up the fact that I had visited there before. The problem was that someone had entered my name in wrong in the system, which got resolved after nearly 30 minutes of waiting at checkout. I also have a speech impediment, I stutter, and the staff acted very uncomfortable whenever I spoke and gave me strange looks the entire visit. Such a horrible experience, I will never go back, have since changed to a much nicer, and more understanding vet practice. Customer service at its worse.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

The staff at Ansley Animal Clinic is always very friendly and gracious. With a staff of several vets, I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.
These folks are really passionate about what they do. My kitties have been going there for many years which is why they have been around for so many years I think:0)
Wonderful with my cat with fear anxiety. Caring when it comes to my other cat with a heart murmer. Dotes on my Golden Retriever with bad knees.
They are friendly, expained in detail and had a clean facility.
