Save yourself the heartache now and use a different company like Corky's or D&S Pest Control. On the day of fumigation, I was told the tenting would begin between 2 and 4PM. Then it was 2 and 5PM. These retards didn't show up until 6PM, and watching them running around on my roof in the dark is something CAL-OSHA would love to know about. Be warned, they will DESTROY your landscaping when they tent your home, and you will have free them of any responsibility or you will not receive their services. And I use the word "services" very lightly.

This company just completed tenting my home and subteranian termite pesticide treatment. Each employee I interfaced with from the phone receptionist and the initial inspector to the staff who performed the both the tenting treatment and subteranian treatment was courtious by going above and beyond by answering all of my questions with years of experience and knowledge, arriving on time for each appointment, performing the work per scheduled time frame, they were even able to get me back in my house earlier than they initially said, and left my home in perfect condition. I've had a lot of construction completed over the years and work crews usually leave a mess behind and things broken. This crew left my home perfect. They were the lowest quote for the work they completed. During the fumigation they pulled some flooring up and discovered/exposed areas where hidden termites were damaging the framing, the fumigator called his supervisor to get approval to fumigate the extra storage area. The fumigator was at my home for a couple of extra hours more than scheduled and used more pesticide without any additional charge. This is the only company I came across who not only did the inspection but also completed the fumigation. The other companies I spoke to subcontracted the actual work out. Why should I pay a company a middle man fee when Pete Paniagua does all the work in house and that showed in the price I paid for the services.

My hats off to these guys. My landlord has Antac Pest Control come out once a month or so to check up on the house and they are always on top of it. The staff always come off as knowledgeable and friendly. I recently had Ed* come out to do an inspection for the house and he was probably the best guy that we've had come out to work on the house.
I highly recommend these guys. Keep up the good work!

Ruben* has been great for us the past 15 months and is always ready to discuss any issues we have been having between service calls, and encourages me to call immediately should something arise between servicings. They also promptly sent out another technician for a termite inspection and it also was timely and immediately mailed to us when i misplaced the original report. I can't ask for better people to maintain my property.

I have used Antac Pest Control in 2 residences in San Diego, and I am thrilled with the quality of service, reliability, and professionalism. Our current technician is Brady* and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very careful around edible plants, inspects the entire yard and house every time, and is extremely knowledgeable about his profession.
