This company does exactly what it says it will do. Super people, knowledgeable, prompt, competent, and they saved us $4000 providing same wood as the bigger retail store outfit. Excellent experience, top recommendation for owner Rick and Terry,his world class installer. Use them.

Over several years, I've had several floors in my home through this company. It's always been the same familiar faces.

Very professional. Always on time. Their workers are all great - but ask for Terry if you can. Wow - what a craftsman This guy is amazing to watch.

The salesman that I worked with (Rick - the owner) has quite an eye for things. He has helped provide many great ideas regarding colors and types of wood to use. He has quite an eye for interior design and as such helped me to make our floors look as if they belong, rather than something that was upgraded after the home was built.

Finally, in the middle of one project, there were some changes I wanted to make to the structure of the home so that the floor would end in a more natural spot. The company was very facilitative, letting me postpone the finishing of the project until I could have a contractor come and extend a wall.

Overall rating would be A+.

I utilized this company's service for their hardwood floors, and was very impressed with their hard work and professionalism. The owner, Rick Schramm, gave me a great deal on the product on also helped me to understand thoroughly how to take care of the floors. Since being installed, my floors still look immaculate a year later! I highly recommend this company for their business.
