Best Repair Place, 4/17/2009

Apalachee RV is the best RV service center I have used. The expertise is above the rest. I had a leak that no one could find, but you knew it was there. They went beyond the call and located the... leak and repaired the floor. Problem solved. Another time I needed a 2nd AC on a 30 amp RV. They figured out how to do this and I am cool as a cucumber on those hot summer nights. I drive approx 125 miles to get service done on my RV. I trust my RV to APALACHEE RV CENTER.

Apalachee is the best!, 4/01/2009

We found Apalachee RV when we were shopping to buy our Prevost bus conversion. Apalachee services one of the buses that we were looking at. During our due diligence on that bus, we had occasion to... interact with Dave, and other Apalachee team members. We were so impressed with their knowledge, and commitment to customer service that we decided that Apalachee RV would be our “local” RV service center regardless of which bus we bought. This was huge for us because, not only is a Prevost conversion a very expensive and sophisticated piece of rolling real estate that requires specialized knowledge and skills to maintain appropriately, but we live in Woodstock, GA – a 120 mile round trip to Apalachee. However, we felt it was worth it to be comfortable with the team that we trusted to keep us rolling trouble free. As it ended up, we did not buy the bus that was our introduction to Apalachee, but bought another Prevost XL-45 in Kentucky. Our first stop after we drove our new bus home was at Apalachee RV to have Dave, and the team go over our purchase from front to back and develop a maintenance plan to bring all systems up to snuff. The Apalachee team found several small areas that needed attention and also made interior control modifications at my request to accommodate my disability. Since the initial service, I have taken the bus back to Apalachee for other improvements, including the installation of a Blue Ox tow package for our four wheel tow vehicle.
