Be aware that Robert Gandt also goes by Apex Arboriculture and Action Tree Service. His bill has the ISA logo on it but he does NOT come up under the ISA certification site. They chain-sawed off most of lower third on one side of a beautiful healthy tree. Owner did not discuss intentions or consequences of work as stated on web page - although denied that. Instead of looking out at a beautiful tree, I now have noise, dust, lack of shade and privacy. Workers were nice but do not use these companies if you love your trees.

Robert from Apex Arborists did a great job on our trees - in one day, managed to trim 3 trees, cable one of them (rope, actually, which is better), and remove a couple of trees that were too near the house. On top of that - the cleanup was fantastic. Save for the smell of freshly trimmed trees - you wouldn't have known we'd had them trimmed. It's been a couple of weeks, and our house has a LOT more light!

I had a large willow pruned by people who did not know what they were doing and the tree was topped and failing. Rob from Apex suggested we feed the tree with micorhizea injections and take off some of the badly cut branches. Now it is on it's way back to health and already looks better

Don't hire these guys unless you like working with liars and like being ripped off! They brought me a "cord" of "cut to length" firewood which was not even close to either, and refused to rectify the situation as thet had already been paid.
