I recently had a common overheating problem with my PS3 which I thought might not be fixable and saving my data was no guarantee. This is what Sony told me and saving my data was really important. So then I found Apex. Not only was he able to repair my console while preserving the data but the price was great(a good bit cheaper than Sony). He also made a modification to the fan so that the problem would not reoccur(the fan will now run constantly to keep the processor cool). When I got the console home I discovered the fan to be much louder than anticipated, so I called back and was told to come up and they could turn it down. He turned the fan speed down for me without charging anything extra. I can't believe some of the reviews(here and on their site) that claim he was angry or belligerent as he was very friendly and helpful every time we spoke. My repaired PS3 even has a 90 day warranty from them for their work. I will definitely do business with them again.

I have to send my XBox 360 to Apex to get it fix, and they did a very good job. I got my XBox back less than 1 week! Good Value and excellent service! Keep up with the great job Apex!

They fixed my xbox 360 about 3 years ago and still running great. Now they fixed my son's PS3 and work perfectly. Very fast service and excellent customer service. Very friendly and reasonable price.

I took my xbox to have it repaired. They fixed the problem, but a few days after I started having problems with the dvd drive. When I brought it to them to have a look at it, the manager got angry and started yelling. I calmly told him there was no need to get angry and I wasn't trying to offend him. He told me to get out and never show my face in there again. Obviously didn't fix the problem he caused. Got my money, and that's all he cared about.

Customer brought in his xbox with the Red Ring Of Death problem, which is the GPU on the logic board caused the problem. We repaired the RROD problem and replaced couple of leak capacitors on the board. About a month later, customer came back and claming that his dvd drive is not open like it use to be. Customer said some time you have to press twice to open the tray. I told him there is nothing wrong with your dvd drive. We put the game in and the game played no problem. The tray open no problem. The customer want me to replace a new dvd drive. I told the customer first of all, we were not fixing your dvd drive the first place. We were repairing your RROD which is the GPU on the logic board. We did't even touch your dvd drive when we did the repair and there is nothing wrong with the drive. He got angry and said I drop his xbox that why the dvd drive some time need to press twice to open.
