Although I love macintosh and the apple store is full of all the great new things on the market, I've found it a bit difficult when it comes to computer repairs. Our computer had a unique flaw and when I took it in I was told that I needed an appointment and that I could only make appointments online, which was kind or funny because I couldn't turn on my computer due to the malfunction. Then when I took it in the first time, they didn't believe that I was having an issue because it seemed to be working for the technician. On the second time in, the technician believe me because the computer wouldn't turn on but the repair meant losing all of the data and files on the computer. We sure wished we had found the problem the first time when we could have retrieved and saved the files that were later lost. We still love macintosh and apple products, but the repair process has been difficult. We are now taking the computer in again for some other problem that has come up. At least Apple has a flat fee for repairs.

This apple store is spacious and loaded to the gills with cool stuff. I had a tech there offer to sell me a laptop that was brought back and "refurbished" for $600. This store deals in such large volume that you can get a discount on refurbished equipment. You can't miss the store, it's large even in Apple terms.
