I enjoy the atmosphere and the food at this Applebees. I have been to others that have not been this good. They provide a variety of choices on their menu. Service is usually pretty good. They also have good children's menu.
I just love the Chicken Fajita Rollups at Applebee's. The Covington location is fairly new, is clean, and the service is good.
If you're looking for somewhere to hang out after Homecoming, or even for your birthday, Appelbee's is a great place to just have great food at a decent price.
The best thing I can say about Applebee's is that it is predictable. If it is your kind of thing, the Covington branch is fine , but i would recommend any number of other mom & pop places that offer better food for a similar or even better price.
WAS very excited to finally get one in our area...at 1st, we made excuses because it was new...but, COME ON...How many visits can you get slow service, cold food, better yet WRONG ORDER!!! Did we mention way under cooked steak???(and we eat RARE) Nip it in the bud...GO TO THE CONYERS LOCATION ON DOGWOOD! IT'S WORTH THE GAS EVERYTIME
Ate here with the family, and we enjoyed our visit. Food was delicious, came out to the table fast, and the service was great also. Our server came over repeatedly to ask if we needed anything, check how we were enjoying our meals, and to remind us to give her a wave if we needed help with anything at any point during our meal.
everytime I eat in or order out the order is always wrong. The waitress brought me my salad after my meal and when I told her I would like it removed from the bill and she huffed and rolled her eyes. It is sad we finally get a Applebee's in town and the service sucks!
We liked the customer service and our children liked the children-friendly environment also. We will visit this location again in the near future.
I have had awful experiences at this restuarant. One time a young lady got my order wrong. Then she charged my card twice. The last time I went, the guy at the bar was more interested in the television then tending to me. I finally asked him if he wanted to sit down and watch the television while I serve him. Hated this place.
Service is always very slow. We kept trying to give them a second chance. There is only so many times you can give second chances. So, if you have a really long lunch break - go for it, if not you better eat somewhere else.
One of the best Applebee's in Atlanta. Best during off-peak times.
I have two small children and they love eating from the kids menu. They have coloring pages and crayon to keep the little one accupied while waiting on their food.
