I used Appliance Care a few times; they are technically competent. But when a repair turned out to need more than one visit they seemed to lose interest. Parts not ordered for weeks, missed appointments, unreturned calls. Twice they came by but said they had to make a call before getting to work, could not reach someone on the phone, and left without doing anything. They apologized when I actually got through to someone on the phone, but their last promise (to get back to me with information ASAP) was over a month ago. I just gave up.
