Our LG dryer purchased over 6 yrs ago developed a crack in the stainless steel drum. The AP&S guys called LG while at my house knowing that LG had extended the warranty to 5 years. After talking with LG tech support, they reported I could provide a picture of the failure and copy of the receipt to LG and they would replace the drum, even though mine was beyond the extended warranty. As soon as the part came in, I received a call back to complete the repair. Everyone was competent and friendly plus they took the initiative to work with LG to save me the cost of a new stainless steel drum.

THIS COMPANY IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. NO BBB, NO NOTHING. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US A FEE FOR THEM NOT COMING OUT. THE GIRL ON THE PHONE SAID THAT "WE aRE GOING TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU 60 BUCKS FOR US NOT COMING OUT". My goodness, I AM IN THE WRONG BUSINESS. THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE EITHER. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. I GUESS NO ONE CHECKS OUT COMPANIES FIRST. IT IS A ONE MAN SHOW I GUESS. i should add that she was trying to be nice and said "well, we will only charge you 30 bucks". well golly gee....thanks for the discount for not doing anything. how broke does a company have to be before they start forgetting about customer service. now she lost my business and i am going to pay them if they insist and i will plaster my freedom of speech all over the internet. I will take them to small claims court too to get my 30 bucks back too. or will they charge me a trip charge to go to court?
