Got the usual I'll be there between 9-11 for a service call. Called them at 12 to see why they were not here, said they would call back in 2 minutes. I called at 12:15 they told me that the tech was running behind and that he would call me with a time expected. 12:30 Called again, asked what is going on, told me that the tech should have called by now, they will call him back. 1:00 still no tech, called again and they told me that they have not been able to find the tech all day...hmmm might they have lied to me? They said they would call me back in a couple minutes to let me know what is going on. Of course I have to call again at 1:30 and the owner tells me that there is nothing he can do in a very careless attitude. I told him that I have now wasted a day of vacation and he says nothing. I wish my business was so good that I could blow off customers.
